Do you ever feel like there are some sins that you want to stop doing? you promise yourself that you will try nerver to go back there but you keep on seeing yourself going back to that sin. Well, the devil will not let you go without a fight. he keeps tempting us so we can fall back into that sin and feel guilty and distant from God. but our God is the greatest. Jesus came to set the captives free

I know that Jesus came to save us all and his grace is sufficient for us. But Paul asks us in Romans 6: 1 that "shall we continue to sin so that Grace may increase"? I told my self that the fact that we have grace does it mean we should go around sinning? I'm confued on this issue
Kingdom Oracles thanks alot for this insight. I pray that God will help me to surrender my life and all my thoughts to him completely. Thanks for telling me this. I grew up in a Presbyterian church where we were thought that we have to live a perfect life because Jesus will take only the people with spotless robes when he comes back. I will always ask my mom if people can stay without sin. She said some people do. I grew up and I got into a deeper relationship with Jesus, and I realized that he loves us no matter what we do. I told my mother that nobody is capable of living a sinless life but Jesus and that is why was that lamb that was slain for my sake and his blood washed away my sins.

I have had the attacks since I was a baby, tho I grew up in a Christian home. Am slowly over- coming the attacks but one thing I know for sure. Even when I was 4 yrs old, the Lord showed Himself to me and has throughout the years. Because of my mental illness & attacks, I remain a stronger believer& can relate to many people others can't! I thank God He was there for me & I am a survivor because if Him & have so many testimonies I share w so many people! I praise God for His work in me! Alleluia & Amen!

This message was right on time. In my children’s youth, we had so many trials on their way to young adulthood. However, God continuously put in my spirit that they will be something great one day and that I will see the fruit of my labor. Now, one is on his way to a successful military career and the other is a first year med student. This message only confirms what I’ve been thinking and saying to myself the last 18 years of raising children; the devil is after their purpose . Yes, the devil is always after what is great. However, I’m hear to tell you not to give up and to call God on his word that he will never leave or forsake us and he will “give us the grace to stay “.

I'm literally just a few days post of singing in my church for the first time in a while and now I know regardless of the storm that has come, keep fighting. I don't ever ask for prayers on youtube comments but i know how strong faith is my brothers and sisters. I am struggling with addictions that i cant break free from. I ask god to help but my will power is weak. I know he has a plan for me and i know he loves me and i know if i ask for prayers faith will come through. Thank you all.
Keep coming back man. I know exactly how you feel and I needed to read that. Sometimes it looks hopeless but I promise you we can beat this. He always forgives, and he always loves us. The beauty is we know we are flawed but he can do so much more with that addiction no matter what it is. Im talking drugs, alcohol, pornography, the nastiest things possible. He will save you if you ask. God will never give you something he knows you can't handle.
