台南には日本統治時代に建てられた建造物が今も残っています。それらは改修されてはいるものの、昭和初期の雰囲気を伝えています。

☞　台南警察署の建物は2018年10月に「台南市美術館（1号館）」として生まれ変わりました。
In Tainan there remain some buildings which were built by the Japanese during the prewar period. They are well preserved and used for various purposed including the original ones.

Thanks for filming those Japanese historical buildings in my hometown. My senior high school, Tainan Girls' senior high school was also built in Japanese occupied period with very beautiful brick building in front of the school.

Thank you very much for watching my video and I appreciate your comment. Tainan is my favorite city where the history remains in many beautiful buildings and shrines. I may visit 台南二中 to see its buildings if it is allowed. I feel grateful that Taiwan is committed to preserve historical buildings built during the era of Japanese occupation acknowledging they are part of Taiwan's history. I look forward to returning to Tainan soon.

@@SouthernValleyDiary I visited Tainan judicial museum this April. This is the first time for me to visit there though I was born in Tainan. I was amazed at its remarkable architecture building and its constructor and designer : 森山松之助..

I didn't know that the former courthouse designed by 森山松之助 is used as Tainan Judicial Museum. Thank you for the information. I will certainly visit the museum when I come back to Tainan.

當年的忠義國校
老樹花園處處美景

這麼美的校園改變很大
美好回憶只能留存心了……………
