It is funny how you can always tell who is wearing appropriate underpinings and not. There might be a beautiful costume, well made and yet it doesn't fit the frame properly without the right corset underneath. Posture and movement are totally different. Loved the dances and so many enthusiastic men. Wish we had that in Germany, too.

Was your outfit a split skirt? And did you have boots on as well?

They are cycling bloomers. And yes boots. It was basically the bottom of my cycling outfit.
