    Big shout-out, question what to do if relief valve is leaking ?at what point of time can it be removed?and will gas dissipate from ambient ? 12:37

    Really great information! I’ve noticed a trend in bbq restaurants using more efficient smokers and have definitely noticed a decline in the smoke flavor. There’s definitely a trade off with highly insulated smokers.

    I did a " scoop" mockup on my 500. It added 3.5 hours more to my brisket cook. Have no idea why

      @@SmokerBuilder Just last week I finished up a wood/charcoal direct heat grill. It's the third grill I've built from scratch and am happy with the performance though I haven't had a lot of use yet. Would be curious to hear your constructive criticism.
