Now I know what to get if money suddenly becomes of no object. I often busk and take two ukes (out of my 3) with me. My sop flying-v gets enough attention, imagine what this would do. :)

Looking at the site, I think I'd go for the blue wood, only because how often would I have a UV light on me (...unless I started doing concerts with light shows, in which I case I could always get a second!).
I suspect I have to get a bit better before I could justify getting something like this (although, compared to some of the one I'd like to have this is pretty cheap), but that would be SO cool to have on stage!
Very cool - actually in the world of solid electrics, this is pretty cheap - in the world of solid luthier built electrics it is VERY cheap

That’s really spiked a bad case of UAS 🤣 bearing in mind how much I like playing with pedals this would be so much better than my Electro acoustic ukes no stuffing the soundhole with socks 🤣

I enjoyed your review, as always, but I’m really surprised that you are so fond of this design, since you usually talk about how you don’t like bling. This instrument isn’t to my taste visually - I love blingy traditional ukes - but there’s room for all tastes. Nice sound!
I don't like bling where it's over done on traditional shaped ukes, where I think the wood should do the talking. But this is hardly a traditional uke - in fact without the decor on this it would look very dull.
I understand. The design doesn't do anything positive for me, but I certainly respect your feelings about it. :)
To be honest, I love it for being bold. I don't think I could carry it off on stage, but there you go. My main love about it is the quality of the build (impeccable) and the tone.
Sir I dont know much about UKE but when you play I feel Sir ERIC CLAPTON IS PLAYING . i AM FROM india and I would love to buy one of those funky instruments .

A Moderno, a Ufos, ... I really hope that Marco will let you review an Allegro. Those look lovely.
Hi Noel, Elettrico is quite the same than a "terrestrial-looking-UFOS": same body wood, same fingerboard, same pickup.
It just have more handmade process (like binding), more difficult finish and a neck with a standard shape.

That does not sound like a ukulele at all. It sounds like a bastardised guitar made to look somewhat like a ukulele. I would not call it a ukulele.
