Yes there is option to control the touch so you should be able to customize them for volume...also on Oppo phones you will get firmware updates as well..

I m using it in a new phone. No problem with this part.
But my problem starts here.
I m unable to connect it with my old laptop which has Bluetooth version 4.
Plz suggest me something so that I can connect it with my laptop also.
It should work with laptop as well...I also have my Desktop where I have a Bluetooth Adapter 4.0 and it is connected...
try to see if there is any issue with drivers on the laptop

Hii i bought oppo enco w51 and connected to my oneplus 6 and the touch controls automatically changed to
Double tap to left earbud - previous song
Double tap to right earbud - previous song
Triple tap to both earbuds - google assistant
Because of this bug i am not able to turn on or off ANC
Please highlight this issue
I have checked this as i connected oppo enco w51 to oppo reno 3 pro after oneplus 6 and saw that touch controls have been changed.
This is simple to fix...just reset the buds...for that you need to keep them in the case and tap both of them at the same time until indicator flashes red...once it is reset you will get the default controls where ANC on off will be enabled...
@@SiliconEdge ya but again when i connect to oneplus 6 the touch controls will automatically Chnages and my primary phone is oneplus 6
In that case you can configure the controls to the one u need in reno 3 and that should same work in oneplus then...actually this is not a bug but because of the implementation

I will prefer neckband for Calls specially the Oppo M31 neckband is a amazing for Calls

This is something which can't be answered for sure...as these are all just dependent on the batteries and they way they are being used...as an example I had purchased a Smartwatch which was Android Based and it lasted just 2 Years after which the battery died...now once the battery is dead it is hard to get them repaired...so you can atleast use them for 2 years...
Thank you for the replay, I have used one neckband and it's wire got damaged within 4 months, thats why i am this much concerned to buy a tws or neckband

Bro, Which is the best TWS under 5000? Need 5+ hrs backup from buds, very good for calls, good balanced music and vocals.
Other features good to have: wear detection, Dual pairing, compact case, usb-c, fast charging, mono support for calls, better if not stem design.

W51 is better in Loudness then W31 but if you like Bass then W31 is good...
For me that is never an issue because if you have ever tried ViperAudio on Android you can even make a ₹250 earphone sound like a ₹2000 one

Hi can you let me know if the touch controls are compatible with a non-oppo phone or is there any dedicated app like the realme one to control and customise the buds.
I have told that in my review as well that in non oppo devices you cant customize it. Touch controls will work but in the default settings. No app is available

There is an Application called ViperAudio which I use to do that...the catch is you should have a Rooted phone to be able to use that

How to switch on ANC on non oppo phones?
On NonOppo phones sometimes the controls doesn't work correctly. The best thing to do is reset the earbuds and then you will find the controls on the left bud for ANC
For resetting place both the buds in the case and keep them tapped for 3 sec until a Red light glows.
@@SiliconEdge Heard that there's an app called Hey Melody where we can configure controls for enco w51. Did you try that app?

Yes there is notification and ok I saw that app is in development mode still have not tried..but you can install and try it...
