The DA have been shafted by the ANC who changed their original offer that had been agreed. But, so what. The DA will be causing a lot of grief for the cadavers, sorry, cadre deployees in Home Affairs in particular which will hopefully be a wake up call to the SA public when they find they actually can get their documents in a short time instead of the incompetency we've seen over the last ten years plus, and realise how badly they've been treated in the past. Judged on their fantastic management down in the Western Cape the DA are well qualified to sort things out, and give an example to the other ministries.
