I just watched this 10 times. Wow the ease of tour transitions is amazing. Plus you are casually chatting and talking to your audience. Absolutely amazing
Thank you for posting this. There is so much fitness information available today, such that it can become so overwhelming. Your content always does a great job at taking a larger perspective, and refusing to get caught up in all the unnecessary details. Self-improvement should not make us anxious, and after watching videos like this, it's easy to remember to differentiate the important considerations from the unimportant ones.
Thanks, this helps. At a basic level of work, I take the message as... find the position most comfortable for you that allows you to build the strength you need to progress and put the time in
I'm afraid I'm one of those who has asked the question in the past. So I feel a little bit responsible for this video. We all of course knew that the answer was going to be "It doesn't really matter" :-) I now don't dare to ask about the difference between Pike Up Push Up and your Floor Full Inverted Press :-)

You should be pretty good at something before teaching it. I've been doing this for a long time ;) Thanks for noticing!

That's it! I mean, if you're learning to balance, building strength and control, can you really go wrong?
Spot on. Too many of us get wrapped up in names and stuff. Just do it! To repeat a “well known” advertising phrase.
@@grahamcowley6636 Dew it!
Is this training offered in any of the GMB courses?
This training is here. Similar training is in most of the programs.
Dang so that’s why there’s so many “your doing the frog stand wrong” videos it’s not it’s crow pose😂
hahahaha, yeah, and all these names are just arbitrary anyway, unless you're really just focused on a specific context, like yoga or something
What is the move you did at the end?
After the frog stand? whats thee name
Single leg balance? I'm sure there's a name for it elsewhere.
@@gmbfit no, no its the airbaby i found out later
It looks like yoga to me! haha
ok
No, there are a variety of ways to do the Crow Stand and the Frog Stand.
yes, clearly
❤️
The pendant in me wanted to know the exact difference. :( Not to obsess over it, just to know.
The pedant in me feels compelled to point out how useless just knowing things really is ;)
