Mine doesn't go to utilities, it goes to macOS recovery. Damn, why didn't I write my new password down when I changed it yesterday!? I guess I got so used to auto save features on my mac that it never occurs to me to write them physically in a note pad.😅😢

When I get on the screen where it says recovery files edited utilities and windows and then in the middle of the screen it has restore from timeline reinstall Mac OS monster install a new copy of a magnet memory I want to your Mac that has Sapphire then it has disk utility the one that says restore from time machine it is lit up when I go to utilities it wants me to use time machine I don't know what that means and I don't want to do anything cuz I don't want to mess it up can you help me can you help me please
