I know a 51-year-old father of three adult children is not Noah’s target demographic, but I’ve been a fan since finding him from Phoebe Bridgers’ performance of Killer + Sound with the Gundersen’s. Absolutely beautiful, this version, the acoustic with guitar, and the upbeat single. But man, this is what music was for me when I was a teen, no...this is what music still is for me now, and what it should always be, regardless of the genre - it is pure emotion. Before this pandemic he was scheduled to perform in NYC in the fall. If that still goes down, I will be the old guy in the audience.
