This movie is FANTASTIC and TRAGIC! What an imense lost to human kind the destruction of that famous library, and the death of Hypacia. But I still doubt the actor could play the double aulos. It is extremely difficult, needs an expert musician. To me he was acting, the sound was pre recorded.

Me mandaron a ver la película por mi clase de Derecho Romano y entre otras escenas, esta me impactó. Es simple, lo sé, pero hay algo en ella que me conmueve. Mientras más va alejándose la toma hasta dar al plano de la Tierra te hace sentir pequeño e insignificante, y mientras escuchas las voces de la gente en la calle haciendo eco, por lo menos a mí me causó piel de gallina y me hizo pensar: "mames, todos eran individuos con una vida cotidiana similar a la nuestra". Tenían sus aspiraciones, miedos, deseos y preocupaciones. Y pensar que tanto progreso para la humanidad se jodió por culpa del fanatismo y la intolerancia.
