Both male characters are ahole initially but only main lead actually changed after he met her short while and was the one who rescued her. Second male lead was being ahole for 80% of the drama to FL. When he has known her for long while, he still being ahole to her especially when they work as model. Main lead win on this one.

There are differences in kdrama and anime, the main lead come off as asshole or insensitive here, but in anime I like them both together, the guy is very empathetic and understanding. Second lead, the guy didn't force her that "she should be herself" that's just how you perceived them, he clearly shows that she still accepts her and comforts her.
