Dan not being able to find his budget while it's right in the smack dab middle of the screen had me screaming!
So what do you prefer? Expensive established stars or inexpensive rising stars? At the moment, every MyGM mode that I tried to do with established stars went down the drain. But if I hire many inexpensive stars and create legends with them, oh, that's different. It actually works much better.
But I do suck asses at this MyGM mode. Like...a lot.
Popularity is easy to build and overpriced in the draft vs stamina.
Depends what you count as rising stars, the enhancement talent or just less popular names, my draft stategy is that I tend to get 4 established stars and 10 less popular stars so I can book about 5 championship rivalries off the bat but also you're left with quite a decent amount of spending money. I've won 2 seasons on medium difficulty.
Dan: "What money do I have at the moment? How do I know?"

All of you have been ready each week really early on the timer. I think the minute is better than the commissioner goal. Many times the goal is something stupid, like the one Pete had, so you wont be doing it anyway.
The minute punishment can be exploited.. He could just go over time again the week he's punished and again and again and just keep carrying it on week after week till the end of the season.. Needs a 2nd strike 3rd strike to be more punishment or implement the power card rule you guys were saying for sure.
So, nobody booked a single Hell in a Cell match on Hell in a Cell?! 👀
Luke can't complain about Big E being pissed about not getting his Shinsuke rematch, he fired Shin!

You know what I miss from these episodes is the office-style camera cuts. I always thought they were funny and helped the 7-minute wait for booking the shows.

You don't need a submission card to book a submission match just like you don't have to have a steel cage match to end a rivalry. It just helps the score.
I love the addition of Dan to the series, the banter this season has been top notch.

Instead of signing too many people, I think they hired too many EXPENSIVE people. Better to have diverse matches, good feuds, rested talent, and full ppv cards that build your next month with promos.

Luke doesn't use his legend card and puts two local jobbers with no popularity or ring experience in the ppv and wonders why he was behind lol . Still hope he wins though although each week a little of that hope dies

Re: match specialties. Each star with a match specialty taking part in a match adds two stars to that category’s bonus. So if you had two specialty superstars taking part, you’d get four stars. With three or more specialty stars, you’d get the maximum score (five stars) which would be pretty rare. This does mean that there’s more scope for having a higher specialty bonuses in tag, TT and FFW matches.

Luke your middle match was the poor rating. When your at a PLE you want your first, third, and fifth matches to be your best performing matches.
I don’t understand even though your guy stuff is awesome halfway through and I’m ready to never watch again. Why don’t you guys ever watch your matches?

You know their music tastes are bad when Dan has had the best music every week and he’s listening to crap like Beyoncé and backstreet boys, might aswell listen to wrestling theme songs, more topical for this channel and some of them are actually worth listening to.

A Special Promotion doesn't boost your fan gain Pete it keeps your retention high it wouldn't interact with the stealing fans gained this week card

Yeah, the optimal drama curve for a PLE is essentially a W shape. The middle match doesn’t count towards it, but that also means you should put the match you expect to be the third best in the middle slot, so that your estimated fourth and fifth best are likely to sit next to your two best matches and have the lowest risk of overshadowing them.

I, for one, am SHOCKED that repeatedly booking Jinder Mahal and Randy Orton in matches for the world title hasn't worked out well for Smackdown. Who could have seen that coming?

Luke's issue was drama curve. Switch the 3rd match with 2nd or 4th
I love how Dan screws up in this episode and goes over time and tries to play it off entirely like he didn't. Then brings up at the end of the episode a proposed rule change, that benefits himself and Pete, at the expense of Luke. Good episode though, and I too wonder why Luke's fan increase was that low, versus Pete pulling in as much as he did.
