woman stops in to purchase a gas dryer. Upon delivery she get's amnesia
and all of a sudden forgets that I explained to her that door removal is $ 15 a door . she also claimed I did not tell her install was additional this resulted in a 1 star review from the daughter (QUEEN CUPCAKE) who was never in the store in the first place .
