You should do a poll about doing a poll Daphnee. If I can't make a decision I toss a coin - it mostly works. 😊 I do love a good poll. I have found my taste had changed since I first started diamondpainting. I love doing squares though I've had to have a break and I've been doing some really cute partials. I found on Temu a really good diamond painting tray with a lid that divides it up into perfect little rows if thatt makes sense. It's really handy and pretty. I would love to catch a livestream with you though money has been really tight. I hope your house will sell soon so you and your family will no longer be in limbo 24/7. ❤💜🙏🏻
It's been far more interesting for me to listen to you talk about how you are minimalizing your possessions instead of adding stuff week after week. I've been downsizing my diamond paintings and supplies. Having things in order lets me better enjoy what I have choosen to keep and use. Thanks, Daphne.

I had trouble le with the plastic multi-placers. Couldn't get the drills up with it. So I got a set of the metal tips, and oddly enough, no problems using that one. Looking forward to the finished results on this one you're working on.
I totally agree with you on too much info online , I don't have a smart phone just an old flip phone. I don't think we have enough companies that actually take security seriously and they don't keep your data safe , there is too much online these days , tech is nice at times but other times it's really scary to think how much personal data is being exposed , heck we even have some mailmen taking checks and I hate getting credit card offers in the mail , sorry for the long post you just made sense and I agree with everything you said 😊❤ thanks for sharing

Hi Daphne, good evening from Southern California. Love your WIP and Chat. Just the pictures is how I would vote. I am still working on Golden Cocker Spaniel. But, I want to take a break. But, I don't dare because my Personal assistant will erupt in anger like Mt St. Helens. Bad enough that she doesn't believe in ADHD. She and I got in a screaming debate ( if you call it that) over whether ADHD is real or not. There is a lot more to my story, but I get more depressed talking about it. We, as you know, a 4.4 earthquake on the Puente Hills Thrust Fault. My Doxie-Beagle Herschel bark just before. No damage, but things in my curio and China cabinet. Plus, I found things I didn't realize I had. I was just looking at the Tri- painting over the fireplace. The artwork leans left. But, I realize they dropped also. Okay, whatever. Herschel injured his back two weeks ago. So, the Veterinarian gave him medications, and two Laser treatments. He got all his shots. Herschel is 11 years old. I have had him since he was four months. I love my baby boy so much. My cousins in Nova Scotia are staying at their cottages for two weeks. Sounds fun. Have a wonderful week 😊
I would love for you to start a membership. You wouldn’t have to do lives if you didn’t want to. You might want to wait till you move. That way it wouldn’t put more pressure on yourself. But I do hope you decide to do the membership. And as far as the pole on what we want you to do next, I would just put the picture of the kit and don’t worry about the rest of the information. I am working on dreamer design with so much gaping it almost looks like a round. I do not know what to do with it once i am finished, lots of light colors. Paris Memories. I will push thru it, the canvas has glow in the dark and just a very nice image. But good grief, the gaping.

I had a tv stolen by a neighbor I had lent it to, as well, as a young teen. It wasn't a fancy tv by any stretch, but it was MINE. I'm with you on the smart phones. I heard about the data breech. I've put my credit cards on alert, have frozen my credit on one of the credit bureaus (still working on the others). I argue all of the time with doctors offices, etc., when they want SSNs. They have the insurance card. I argued with my kids' schools when they wanted their SSNs for their driver's ed classes. We purposely leave cell phones at home when we go shopping. When I talk to people about the invasion of privacy in all things, they look at me funny. Nobody thinks about or realizes just how much our privacy is being invaded. Your taste in art DOES change. I have several diamond paintings that don't appeal to me as much as they used to. If I could figure out where/how to sell them without losing too much money. I'm not on FB and I've never sold anything on ebay or other resell sites. I'd like to be more self-sufficient as well. If you want to set up for self-sufficiency, don't you think you would have to buy your own place? Kindred Spirits was beautiful. :) I have one Marjorie Sarnat that I bought from Treasure Studios Art. Honestly the whole thing of retail stores tracking all that stuff is insane and kind of messed up... Sometimes I'm shocked that they are even allowed to do that stuff! Like how?? Also something I hate about smartphones is that certain providers don't have good enough security measures in place to prevent identity spoofing. Someone using your number to call other phone numbers with some scam offer (presumably)... It's really annoying because you see a number from your country and it's actually a complete stranger calling from somewhere else in the world entirely. It's gotten to the point where if I don't immediately recognize the number, I don't pick up. If it's really important they can leave a message...

A few years ago, I got online to pay a bill, and there's some different info popping up for my card stuff. I switched it back to my card. The next day I called the bank. Turns out they had shared the info for my new card with my accounts. A new card I did not have yet. The guy said that it was for convenience. I told him, there was nothing convenient about everyone having my info but me. I now had to switch everyone back to my old card until I got my new card, then switch them again. When the new card finally showed up, I went into the bank's office and had a new card made as I didn't trust the card they sent me. They didn't do this again. I hope I wasn't the only one to complain.
If you have a smart TV, your TV tracks everything you watch as well. They sell that data too. As for the patient portal for healthcare, your data is on their computer so it can be hacked whether or not you put the app on your phone. Same with banking. My bank card was stolen and I had never even used it or online banking. It was stolen from my bank. I can get behind a flip phone again except for the awful T9 texting.

Talking about telephones, I still have a land line, I give people that number and tell them I cannot receive texts on it. Well they text that number and I never get the message that they should have called about, so think about it. i was waiting on a new pair of glasses and I never heard from them, I had to call about them. OHHH we sent a text that they were ready, Well it was right on the order that phone does not receive texts.

Do you have a link for the sticker paper you use? I’ve ordered it a couple times and found both times the back of the paper that I would use has printed logos in it. I’m currently using the oil paper you featured in your video - it’s ok but I’d love to have thicker material. As far as the decisions you’re grappling with concerning the channel, I think you should go with your intuition and with what works for you. If something makes you feel uncomfortable, table it for a while or nix it altogether. As far as lives go, I find I’m not the biggest fan of any of the ones I’ve attended. Lots of them have been a little too chaotic for me, but others may love that. 🤷🏻♀️
Sadly, in the age of technology, there's nothing we can do to keep our own information 100% safe. Nothing. Even if I go back to a phone with no data and stop using a computer altogether, my bank, healthcare provider, etc. have my records online. I guess it's possible to minimize the impact, but there's nothing any of us can do to make sure our data is 100% safe and confidential. In the US, there are only like 11 states where your credit history doesn't impact your insurance rates. People with poor credit are statistically more likely to take risks when driving, which equals higher premiums. It's all a big mess.

I have to start not buying anything else for this hobby...I need to work on saving money to move out of my grandmas house and being on my own because my mom told me my hobby is starting to be a hoarding issue. I have to start thinking if a new hobby needs things to purchase to dont do that hobby. When I was writing my own books was when I saved the most money...because everything was on the computer and was free... I did digital art which most things were a one time purchase and free for life type of deal. Diamond Painting...is a lot of physical art stuff and if you have a small trailer like I live in currently...it doesn't take long for it to look like just stuff sitting around. If I don't have a home for it, I need to just toss it Like I do coloring books. I hate to do it that way but...
I usually catch yours channel after the pole has been taken, so I really can't comment on that. As far as the lives go, unless you are teaching something, I wouldn't do it. Any of the lives for dp I have watched were mostly the host just saying hi to all the people who signed on and if they have a guest the talk is more like they have inside jokes going on. So I find myself switching to something else like a whip and chat. Just my opinion.

Mica powder is like a very fine glitter. It's usually added to resin for people who mold resin into objects.

Any of the lives for dp I have watched were mostly the host just saying hi to all the people who signed on and if they have a guest the talk is more like they have inside jokes going on. So I find myself switching to something else like a whip and chat. Just my opinion.
