Will I cause issues installing this mod when I have Five M already installed? Will it cause conflicts? Great vid by the way,

I had FiveM installed when I tried it, so yes, the Quadcopter Mod should work with it. Though I didn't play FiveM since then, but probably that works fine as well.

Can this MOD still be done? I would love to do this but ran into a problem with the Script hook I think

Yeah sure, I just installed it 2 days ago. You need to match the version of ScriptHook with the version of GTA. The newest release on 5mods.com is since friday up to date again. Then just place ScriptHook, Quadcopter and a controller emulator in the GTA folder and you're good to go! Video guide in Hungarian language is pinned at the beginning of the video.
