Fostering Diversity Through an Equity-centered Starfish Early Alert Program

In today's educational landscape, ensuring the success of all students requires proactive measures that address potential challenges before they escalate. One such measure is the implementation of an Early Alert program, designed to identify students who may be struggling academically, socially, or emotionally, and provide timely interventions to support their success. However, for such a program to be truly effective, it must incorporate equity components to ensure all students, regardless of background or circumstances, have equal access to support and opportunities for success.
