I bought the exact jeep grand Cherokee 2006 SRT eight $37,000. It was shipped from New York into Connecticut. It was scary fast I loved it since then. I have nothing but jeeps.

Ryan Foster is correct on the AWD. Usually 90% power to the rear and 10% to the front. When the rear tires start to spin then it will transfer more power to the front. Nice video and in my opinion if you were copying Saabkyle04 then kudos as his work is excellent. Keep up the good work.

@talldude123 redline in 5th gear is around 166mph. it will do just about that on a very straight highway.
Nice same as my srt8
100% of the power is send to the rear until the system detects slippage. then transfers power to all 4 wheels. so it is full time awd since you cant turn it off or on, but when ur driving down the highway cruising around only the rear wheels are getting power.

damn that's crazy my jeep commander comes with everything a srt have except the 6.1 hemi my 5.7 hold its on though. give it a program free flowing exhaust and high flow intake and it would be the commander version of the srt interesting.Lol

2 Presses of the Lock Button on the fob is a pretty *horrible* idea. Mine would be running itself out of fuel while I slept. Everybody knows your trucks not *really* locked until you've heard the horn feedback about 3 times. It's actually illegal if you don't hear it at least twice. ManCard Foul.

wow only 48k miles. i was expecting 160k minimum as most people don't know what they have and they abuse these srt 8 jeeps. but this was 11yrs ago. wonder how many miles it has on it now?? my fully loaded black 2007 srt 8 jeep currently has 59.2k miles. i bought it in 2015 with ~54k miles.

How realiable are these after 150k miles ?
Boolin these motors are usually fine at that mileage as long as they were maintained correctly. But like with any performance car these things are driven hard so I personally wouldn’t pick one up with that kind of mileage.
Car Tech Connect The one i am looking at is a 06 With 159k miles. Looks clean inside and out. Definitely some mods done to it. Cold air intake, tune, etc. And The service records show no serious problems. History looks clean. Only other thing that threw me off was that its had 8 owners... and they are asking $14,995. Should i go for it ?

How is the reliability?
I’ve know people with over 150k miles on these! They are pretty reliable! Watch out for the transfer case, usually the first thing to go back.

They're AWD all the time, and if you think a cold air intake gives you anywhere close to 10 horsepower, you're wrong. Lol

wrong, its full time AWD, check again.
its full time RWD until it feels slip then it puts up to 50% of the power to the front. its all automatic, no way to control it.
