I cried so hard with episode 8, that wasn't a battle between Invincible and Omni-Man, it was Mark against Nolan, father against son, and they really sold the emotionall weight of that

I should tell you - Walking Dead is the kid gloves version when it comes to gore and brutality. It's just that simple. Even what you've seen up to this point, episode five, is NOTHING compared to the insanity that happens throughout this series. It's brutal and chaotic and somehow still manages to keep that core of emotions and humanity. It's an incredible series and we'd better get the ENTIRE SERIES animated.

I love how heroic it sounds like your standard superhero then, yet there are more refined tones of the modern adolescent. The melody of the drums are very hip hop reminiscent, but retains this interesting sense of self Mark will spend his life trying to figure out. The choir is just the cherry on top

I just watched all the available episodes last night. It's amazing. it's like if DC made an animated adaptation of Sky High. It's a blast. all the characters are interesting and likeable, the voice cast is great, (most of) the animation is amazing. would highly recommend.

It's amazing how this show captures the most classic cartoonish Superhero vibe, yet it actually manages to be so messed up as well.
The Boys is gritty the whole time, this show is both gritty and Saturday morinig cartoon stylish.
The Boys was good but honestly watching it made me feel terrible. Invincible does a great job balancing the wholesomeness of the show as well as the dark and sad moments. That's probably why this did a lot better.

Most people believe Invincible is named that because he is immune to any physical pain. He's not. He can be hurt and he can most definitely be defeated. It's his spirit that can never be hurt. It's his will to always get back up. THAT is why he is called INVINCIBLE.
His body and bones may not be invincible, but his Spirit sure as hell is.

It brings me joy that people who've read the comics aren't spoiling the story for new viewers- no one should have the Invincible experience ruined like that.
In my opinión, this series is a mix of generation rex + spiderman animations + DC comics + Gore style = AMAZING
As my granddad once said. “You’re not invincible in this world for surviving what it throws at you. Nobody can say they are. What makes a person invincible is how many times you can get hit by what life throws at you, and keep getting up once more!”

Invincible is the ultimate example of "Your spirit shall not break before your body." He was torn apart by some of the most powerful beings in the universe, including Battle Beast, Omni Man, Thula, Conquest, and even alternate versions of himself. But none could break his spirit, which makes him Invincible.
This is definitely one of the best tv show themes for sure.
As I guy who read the comic, this theme is perfect for this character.

I listen to this whenever I have to give a presentation on zoom, right before I start talking to get in the right mindset and calm my nerves. Today I felt especially ill-prepared and quite vulnerable. So I listened to this again and told myself that I am... - invincible - And it helped. The presentation certainly went a lot better than expected.

I wish the Mark rage beatdown was more brutal. Compared to Omniman's beatdown, it was quite underwhelming.
Yeah kind of disappointed compared to season 1, I just hope this time they use another animation like the first one that worked so well, season 2 was to clean/stiff. Nonetheless I cannot deny this theme is one of the greatest superhero themes of all time.

True, this show feels like something from the early 2000s. It's just as awesome as Justice League Unlimited, Batman the Animated Series, Spectacular Spider-man, Teen Titans, Young Justice etc.

This theme is highly underrated. It perfectly encompasses the idea of overcoming hardship in the spirit of doing what is right, which is what Invincible is at his core. Sort of brings me to that scene in spider man homecoming where Peter has to get out from under the rubble and summon all his strength to overcome his condition.
I think its a theme that is built to last - like Mark. You can imagine it to fit later seasons for the future comic arcs, however approach the show takes to them. (So far, I have faith they'll actually implement and pace the storylines better.) Future wars and failures and successes can all work out with this. I hope the showrunners know about this interpretation by Samuel and decide to adjust the track each season or two.

Just finished the comic and thought I'd come back to listen to the main theme. For all the people who've only watched the show, you guys have no idea what you're in for!
After watching season 1 I read all the comics in a single weekend and I loved every second of it. What a ride this was.
