- Hi! My name is Angela and this summer I have been travelling all over the world. In this vlog, I fly to Reykjavik with my mom to explore Iceland for 3 days. We explored the city of Reykjavik on the first day, then did a Golden Circle bus tour on the second and finally went to the Blue Lagoon on the third day. In this vlog, I show you everything I did, saw and ate during my 3 days in Iceland. There will be many more vlogs to come so don't forget to like and subscribe!

Iceland has the best soups! When I was there in June a few years back, it snowed, so yes, cold and windy is pretty normal.
Haha yes the soups were great!! The weather wasnt the best but better than snow i guess 😅

Hi, I've been to Iceland, and I really like the country very different from any other place in the world. When you're doing videos, I didn't understand what you were talking about, you're walking and talking with the video just stop and talk.
Excellent blog Angela and very informative. We will be in Iceland in June. Accommodation: Did your hostel room have chairs? Was there a common room? Did they serve breakfast? We have booked a hotel to ensure we have a booking, but as you said, super expensive, but does include breakfast. Thank you.
Hi J! No there were no chairs in the hostel room, just beds and a storage area. There was a big common room with a kitchen. No, they didnt serve breakfast. Hope this helps!
So happy that you visited the Sea Baron. The original owner was actually a good friend with my dad. Such a nice character who made the place what it is, still, today :)
Aww that's awesome! I really enjoyed their lobster soup, and there was a super long line outside for it.
How much is bus hostel US $$ a night?does it need reservation
It was roughly $150 euros per night and yes it did require a reservation!

Question: I’ll be there in a few weeks and I’ll be visiting the blue lagoon also but , im not pretty sure if I should bring my cell, selfie stick into that water cus the minerals in it , not sure if that will damage it ? Do they tell you anything about it ?

Reykjavik is spread out. Need a car. But still accessible in any direction in about 20 minuits. Population 140.000 (244.000 greater area)
Yes, I would definitely recommend renting a car if possible!

Is the city pretty walkable? No cars necessary to get around within the vicinity?
Hi Gina! Yes, Reykjavik is super walkable. It’s pretty small so you can get everywhere on foot. We didn’t have a car and it wasn’t an issue, but a lot of people do rent cars to see the further sights around Iceland.
