Don't be fooled, the 25-minute mark in El Paso starts really at the Eastlake/Americas Exit and it's a family city. Don't let it fool you, also yes we have rush hour, BUT it's nowhere as bad as the major cities. I appreciate this trucker doing this though.
Our worst things are just the left-lane drivers, drunk drivers on Friday and Saturday nights, speeders, and people who just can't drive and rollover accidents.
