I have such a hard time keeping the suction til the end. I am brand new to cupping and am desperate for some tutorials especially for the jaw line and neck… I am struggling just to keep the form correct it’s hard to know if I’m doing it right. You go so fast so I am going to go back and set it to slower play back speed to see if that helps. Ty! PS your Gua Sha routine videos are super helpful!!
