I bought the swarm 5fx a few years back and it was the best lighting investment I've ever made. these washes add even more bang for the buck and I'd love to upgrade at some point in the future. plug in a wireless DMX adapter to a DMX to USB adapter and run QLC and you have a fantastic controllable lighting set up!
Great vid. U think if i get two of this will be overkill? I dont dj. Just for personal use at home in my living room on the weekends after a stressful wk at work. Ill drink me some beers and pretend im “at the club”. Living room is 12’x12’. Height to the ceiling is about 7’
Have any of you used this for home parties. I don't want to create a lot of work to enjoy a party, if not this what are some easy and cool laser light effect systems for home parties.

First of all the amber light is not club like. The green laser stopped working. The whole experience is just too chaotic. It cost me something like $250 or $300 something. I only have less than 40 hrs.in use and it broke?

I've noticed one of the wash lights isn't working is this a chinese quality issue ??? Or is it purposely turned off somehow ???

Could be a currency thing - should be around $200 USD
If you go round trip from New Zealand - USA and buy them in let's say California and bring them back, you could save some money on the lights.
