The mod replaces Metal Sonic to Mighty at new Extra Slot. It's mostly used Karl Emerald's Community Pack mod for this, edited his metal sonic script and it only works on version 1.1.1 of the game.

Also, random idea: What if you used arbitrary code execution to start at the first Sonic 3 cutscene after finishing Sonic 2? I've seen people play Tetris, SMB and a Spongebob clip on Pokemon Yellow, so it MUST be possible
