This really is one of the best tutorials. I am not new to origami but I am still a beginner. This tutorial gives all those nice "pre-folds" as guides. I tried a couple videos that did not have as many steps and it took me twice as long. Kudos! Great video.

I’ve been doing origami for fun for 20 years. I’ve taken a break of about 2 years to pursue other art/crafts. This is the best tutorial I’ve seen for cranes! Using the existing folds to guide folds toward the end of the process makes crisp light cranes! If you’re precise with the first four folds you’re on your way!!!

Hands down the best video explaining the steps of origami. Clear and easy to follow; I was able to keep pace with it and didn't need to pause to catch up too often (unlike many other videos, where I was backing up and going over it multiple times trying to understand what they were demonstrating). Considering I made mine out of linen fabric and ironed in the creases, I was really pleased with the whole thing. Thank you for taking the time to make this so straightforward!
