This was the first origami video after a few failed attempts with other channels that ended successfully! Clear, easy to understand instructions. The kids loved their cranes :)

I’ve been doing origami for fun for 20 years. I’ve taken a break of about 2 years to pursue other art/crafts. This is the best tutorial I’ve seen for cranes! Using the existing folds to guide folds toward the end of the process makes crisp light cranes! If you’re precise with the first four folds you’re on your way!!!

This tutorial helped a lot! I love that he actually explains it and doesn't just to time lapse and makes the person watch it!

I'm so relieved to see so many comments about other people struggling. I had done a little origami before and still could not get a successful result watching three other videos. This is very clear. Thank you. The speed and clarity of this video is perfect.

This really is one of the best tutorials. I am not new to origami but I am still a beginner. This tutorial gives all those nice "pre-folds" as guides. I tried a couple videos that did not have as many steps and it took me twice as long. Kudos! Great video.

When I was younger, my mother had a book with beautiful patterned paper and wondrous objects you could make with the paper, it’s been a life long goal of mine to try it. The heads are wonky but I’m very happy with myself.
Thank you for this video! It was really clear! Part of my problem with learning origami originally was not quite being able to follow but with this, I did!

Brought some super nice origami paper from Japan. Making crane for friend to go with the stuff I got her. Rage quit on other videos. This one finally I could do it. Thank you for lowering my cortisol levels.

I was actually able to make the crane and it looks pretty good. Thank you for the very detailed instructions , 1 step at a time. I was able to pause the video when I needed to and then proceed to the next step. This was the best video I saw on how to fold a crane.
