    Hey Thank you bud. Word of advice, You may want to consider buying a stainless steel colander. I have a 14" one on mine and it does not abstruct the vents or anything.just pull it out and shake the ash outside of the pit.

    How many minutes did you cook at 410F?

      Andi amHappy I wouldn’t think in terms of time, to many variables to put a time, weight of the bird, whether it’s stuffed or not. Having a good meat thermometer 🌡 is really how you should judge. Cook to 165 degrees and probe the breast as well s the thighs.
