This phone number was spoofed by a telemarketer. This happens all the time, they use phone numbers that aren't theirs so they can't be tracked.

sounds like they recorded it as greeting. B/c if it was truly disconnected usually it hangs up by itself rather than repeat the same greeting.

Most external AIS machines repeat the message then hang up or reorder. Most don’t actually pick up. That’s how AIS machines work.
