I am sure this very well video will get attention of Royal Enfield team. It has a great history and I learned many new things about RE today. I am seeing it has started opening up dealerships all around the world. With such a good leadership I am wondering where the disconnect is with the customer service. Could it be a lack of instructions/training to individual dealerships?
I will avoid restaurants if the service is bad even though they serve great tasting food

There are 3 types of bike riders. Those who like 1) smooth/low pitch roaring exhaust (R6 is the best) 2) High pitch roaring exhaust (Triumph) 3) RE exhaust.
Fact: 1)RE purposefully designed their exhaust to signal the arrival of land lords or Masters of people (servants/slaves) from a long distance.
2) Key motorcycles that were part of WW-II, Norton (UK), Harley (US), BMW (German), RE - as flying flea (UK). Also RE is the only motorcylce that has actually been use in or part of flight assaults in the history of wars.
