  • Our Father in heavens
    Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
    Mt 6,9-13 | Lk 11,2-4

@ nono but it is latin :D with same meaning
And i thought albanian took only lean words from the latins for new items they did not know like pantalon balena and tavolino ... but cielo/qiell is a word which they should have known before so it is beautiful to see the connection of language here ... again ^^

@ *Awesome* thank you so much dear sister. Not always is the shortest word or root word the oldest. Because as an example italian is a rich vocal language and those languages after it shortened it up.
As it is for example with dialects vs original language. Or best example: Injil vs Evangelion
I did some research and it seems that the latin words come from the christians faith.
      like:
fe, qiell, ferr, kryq, ungjil, kishë, shërbesë, bekoj, kungoj, kreshmë and so on.

    *Psalm **22:27*
All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto YHWH: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
