On sly 1 if you crack a safe than you can get a power up to freeze and speed up time, on sly 2 you can get a gadget on the thiefnet to control time, on sly 3 you can do the same, on sly 4 you get a costume called " the thief disguise" which comes with a giant sword and a minute watch which freezes time and doesn't seem to have an affect on you!
