Nicholas Allen I agree! When Mel C sang it she sounded flat. Definitely sounds better when Mel B sings it.
Mel B fits it even more than Ginger, Ginger always sounded flat in every song, she couldn't sing in the first place
Fairly good harmonies, though everyone except for Mel C could've used a bit more strength/power. In the chorus when Mel C started her ad libs, I could barely hear the main melody (was it Mel B's part?). I honestly think that Spice Girls 4 with Victoria in it was better than Spice Girls 4 with Geri in it.
Emma must be a true Soprano, because the verse she sings is not low and she’s like in her bottom bottom of her register.

I wish Vicky was in Spice World 2019. She wouldve slayed it. Geri gave us NOTHING. It was nice to see her return but she didn't dance and im pretty sure all if not 80% of her vocals were lipped
@@JaiProdz you wrong, Victoria hasn't done anything for Spice girls after 2008 tour,
Now Vic is really a Nothing Spice in band, not Geri, because Vic doesn't want to be Spice girls anymore, and Vic isn't suitable with music.
Maybe many Vic's fans wish her to come back to the band, but trust me, with a women stay away the music for a long time like her, it would be a disaster if she come back
@@JaiProdz I’ll always prefer all 5 Spice Girls together but you’re right, Geri looked like a mannequin in the 2019 tour.
And Emma's part: Mel B (when Geri was on the band) or Victoria should have done it. Those notes were too low for Emma, she never could sang it well live.

@Liam Some songs? LOL This is one of the songs in which Mel C stands out. You should take a look at the comments under the official video, she gets all the praise for her solo parts in this song and not just this song (several songs). I can't say the same about Geri, therefore this confirms my point. You may personally like Geri more or think she stands out but you're in the minority with no question. She sings two short lines in the beginning and that's it, no more or less than Mel B, Emma or Victoria. Mel C gives life to this song with her catchy solos in the pre-chorus and all the final ad-libs (you have got tooo, groove ittt, who do you think you areee) SHE OWNS THIS SONG.
Ralph Cruz Geri was my favorite back in those days... I was very very young and maybe I was fascinated by her look (the hair, the dresses, the provocative attitude...)
But listening to their songs right now I realized she’s always been the worst singer amongst the five.
Yet, it was sad the period after she left, when the four remained tried to carry on.
I mean, vocally they had lost nothing. But the spice girls weren’t themselves anymore after Geri’s departure
The stand out singer in this song is Sporty Spice, her solo parts made this song. Ginger isn't even there and there's no any single difference between this and the actual song
