Yo Stelios, can you make a series of videos that teach us how to train for lacrosse. Like 1 vid can be about how to train in the gym and the best workout routines and stuff like that. Another can be how to improve agility speed and endurance. And another can be how to improve your stickskills and shooting. This would be very helpful to me and many others.
