This! The gameplay is so damn fun. Fast paced, can make some great builds. This game could've been better if it was just offline with online optional. But I do really like this damn game
I think everyone who’s played it enjoyed the gameplay and initial run through. It’s PCF who just let it rot in the ground with hackers running loose, 90% nerfs and 10% buffs, a piss poor endgame with the new update, network issues out there gazoo (I was directly affected with the internal connection error) and lack of communication on the future of this series. It’s sad but I’ve moved on and burnt out of looted shooters after this experience.
Still playing on and off to this day, the grind does for me get old . But trying new builds is what keeps me going . I'm always fixing or changing my builds . Thanks for the vids !
You summed it up pretty well! I still play the game every day. Speedrunning is what makes this game shine in my opinion. Someone could make a fortune out of this game with some more developments. Most satisfying gameplay ever!

@@Gamerhopper yes, PS4...well from the start the aiming was super super sensitive, few seconds in settings solved it...but other than that, no issues with aiming so far

Ive got 90 hours in it with a techno and pyro maxed out and just starter on a devastator run. I do hope they allow the game to be played when they take the servers offline cuz we know its coming
I recently logged about 255 hours since launch. It has potential but developers didn’t learn. Outriders 2 is apparently on the works so I recommend people to buy first game on sale. And go crazy farming and experiment those builds.

I had finished the main game with a couple friends, but because of the timed expeditions they opted to quit. I got back in with New Horizon and tried a couple solo. Only have 257 hours in on PC, but am currently trying World Slayer solo Techno...also have game on all 5 xbox accounts :D > subbed for more Outriders content :)
I still love playing. Almost every day. Just my own tarya grata grind. And expeditions. Sometimes I just like to time myself and time my different builds and play skills against each other. I was so happy when I finally made a deadeye pyromancer pure sniper build that could really hold its own in solo expeditions. It's challenging, but that's also the fun.
A few of my friends have fell off...only 1 left and we still play everyday. I love the build crafting, and gameplay. I've tried to get into other games, but the gameplay just doesn't compare to Outriders. Thanks for the shout out Bro...I may not always catch your streams live but I always watch them. Hopefully PCF are payong attention.
i'm playing outriders for 2000 hours and think the same, this game is incredible and still playing. This game for me is absolutely alive since pcf or square close the servers.

i started playing a month ago but stopped because occasionally my wifi would give out and i had to restart the mission. i definitely like this concept and was intrigued, maybe i'll give it another try soon
Outriders the best alternative Looter shooter to Destiny 2 atleast for me. Outriders even though i'm still playing through the story is such a great experience and way better then most other games in the genre. It truly deserves more love from the devs cause if they would listen to the Community this game could shine.
Outriders is the closest thing you can get to mass effect these days in terms of gameplay. Don't know if it's your first time, but enjoy the trilogy playthrough!

I play the game since release, still enjoy it to this day despite all the hurdles. As you say, SE/PCF have been sitting on a sleeping giant. Hope they realize the potential of this IP and turn it into the live service game it should have been (or at least announce a new expansion with new trials, expeditions and loot), man I would play it for years and years.
I've only got about 120 hours into the game so far, and only within the last week or so. Still, I'm enjoying Outriders AND Worldslayer in spite of any criticisms (and there are many) that I have for the game.

I do agree with the developers - this game was not meant to be played over a long span of time. In story mode, all specs are balanced and viable and the story is good. In endgame, only some specs truly shine. With World Slayer, they invented a whole new skill tree (PAX) but not enough legendaries/set items to support the various skill trees (such as burn damage for pyromancer/a way to inflict burn in a huge AoE)

Never played looter shooter also and months before worldslayer I knew that OR existed watching some video and “oh a gears of war on PlayStation?” . Pyro got my attention and bought it used ,omg the gameplay is so f fun and the graphics ,fire ,ice effects … I loved this game . Did everything solo and stoped after finished tarya gratar so many times with no new reward. This game is super fun
Yup, they definitely have a gem on their hands, if only they had more content for it because the potential is there for it to grow into something even bigger

Square Enix never squared moneys with PCF... that's why PCF dropped it. If they come to terms on that I'm sure they'll pick it up again, there's tens of thousands of players out there waiting for it
I haven't played in forever but I do agree about the gameplay, I hadn't felt that way for a looter shooter since like borderlands, hope they continue support or try again someday with another outriders

I would like to see them get atleast 1 more chance at it, I was having a blast when it 1st came out, I loved the fast paced non stop action, I love how u healed, the classes were fun and it actually let u become really powerful, it didn't feel like just another generic looter shooter, it did enough differently to be in it's own lane
I just got back into the game and I love the gameplay and I have played since demo and I love the game I play solo and haven’t played in a group since demo so I don’t know how much of the game experience I am missing out on.
The game is amazing. You’re right too - you can’t get this experience anywhere else! But after how disastrous the rollout and ensuing various patches and glitches, I get the feeling the team probably wants nothing to do with this particular IP anymore. But if they do release new content, I’ll be back in a second
Haven't played this game for almost 2 years or so..I stopped at level 26 after someone I was playing with stopped playing. Plus it got boring after a while, and even with the amount of action. I started up again like two weeks ago and upgraded to Worldslayer, and cannot stop playing🤷🏾..at least for rn. Some of us need a healthy break from a specific game after a while. We'll see.
If you're looking for another game like Outriders, maybe you should take a look at Remnant: From the Ashes... If you haven't already. Remnant 2 is coming out this year and is looking pretty spicey!

I still play the game and love almost everything the game has the offer, the aesthetics, the abilities, the gameplay, the story is all so interesting. I know there was recently bad news about pcf not receiving money for the game, but the game is just so enjoyable that I hope it’s not another anthem. I hope pcf and squareinx see this game was a success and continue to do something with this title weather it is more dlc, changing to live service, or making a sequel. Great video dude! You won a Sub! Outriders was my first looter shooter and I loved everything about the game 🙌🔥🔥🔥luckily enough I played after lot of releases so I didn't have much bugs
I'm over 3000 hours as well into outriders and 1000% agree with everything u said. I still play daily and the build crafting even with 3000 hours I just made the most ridiculous statue devestator build that I can run a map and not fire a shot and kill everything as long as I go near them. I predict the 2 year anniversary pcf will drop an update with bug fixes and some new stuff including user suggested things like bigger stash boxes. Just my personal guess, April 1 2023

Yah it sucks. But I started Outriders 2 weeks ago and I love this freaking game. I mainly run solo and I'm at the point that it's really hard to find a game that I genuinely enjoy. I beat Selkiro 7 times, Dishonored multiple times, just games that are legitimately great. But this game is really really good. It's sad to join something like this, see all the potential, and face the reality that it's pretty dead in all honesty. It's even had me debating on making content again. But man, I hope one day that there is an Outriders 2. And this time, I'm hopping on it day 1
The developers shouldn't listen to all the bullshit they should or come back to this game and stay with it. Makes no sense to me I absolutely love it and people just talk shit and follow others trust me on that. There's no reason why the game is bad these days after the first week with the server problems.

It seems to me not doing live service is a good choice. I don't need to worry about updates and nerfs, and I can play according to my pace. I haven't played for about two months, but I can still pick it up later with nothing outdated. So this game is more relaxing than other looter games that do live service. That apoc tier grind, is totally optionally as I have tried to make one of my characters stay at 27 forever and this is fine. So this design is to allow players to find their own optimal playing time. So this game may not be that alive, but it's always a place I can go back to at any time. I guess this is another kind of "alive".
This is a game I've always wanted to play but never got to due to paotato pc 🤣 I played the heck out of the division 1 and I love the genre Outriders has everything I love, I'll be buying a new pc this year, I hope the game will still have enough players left

I started a Technobuild yesterday and played from Rifttown all the way to Trials of Tarya. What a fun game! The gameplay has no bullshit like falling off stuff and dying. Ammo is plentiful. The world is gorgeous. The story and lore are amazing! Other fun stuff I’ve noticed: Like meeting Corrigan and seeing some of the weapons are named the “Corr…” Killing the animals gives you leather for armor. And noticing that different species have the same abilities that are in the weapons and that’s where they come from.
No BS? How about my character losing the ability to dodge at least once a play through? Or getting stuck in the air mid ability? Or the lack of enemy variation? The by the numbers story? The generic final boss fight? Seems like a lot of BS to me.
Love the honest opinion and content here in this video man. I recently reinstalled the game and notice the player base is really small. Would love to have more people to run it with. Any suggestions in that regard?

Absolutely love outriders. One of fast best looking fps games I’ve played. Yes it gets repetitive and the grind sucks. I really hope it gets revived with new content
Shit I started playing outriders today and having a blast, so much of a blast so that I'm thinking about buying the original game + dlc! I love the gameplay and I love how perfect my character creation became 🤣
I think Outriders was a test of ambition and PCF collected the data they needed. The eventual *knocks on wood* OutRiders 2 should be a home run from all of their growing pains with this game. There’s nothing quite like Outriders. The bugs and frustration form Y1 hopefully was correct for a lot of gamers going into New Horizons & Worldslayer & when on sale for $30 is insane value. The best 7.5/10 game I think I’ve played.
Did they ever fix the server issues? That was my main issue. When I could play it was fun but there were literally times in this where I had to re-fight the same battles or watch the same cutscenes half a dozen times because I kept losing my connection to the game's servers before I reached a new checkpoint. This game is IMO the perfect example of why singleplayer mode in games with multiplayer components should never require an Internet connection.

My plan when I got the game at launch was to run through it as a Technomancer then take a couple of months off before returning to make a Trickster run but after all the server issues I had during my Technomancer run I never got around to making my Trickster.
So im not that far into the game, just a bit shy of 100 hours(maybe like 150 if counting demo), but i really enjoy the game till this day. Im slowly, but surely getting a second set of gear for my techno for a bullet build and currently im running absolutely maxed out cryo turret build. So i really need a place to be joining and playing in party, if u have one in mind - pls share.
This game is a game you play through launch or maybe if you just do you know like the story I played through four times. I just finished after coming back a year and a half later and play through the story once more unless you’re a glutton for punishment expeditions holds no value on like saying MMORPG or an MMOFBI swear you’re going to play through the story then you’re going to grind your character to max level so that you can join into dungeons in raids and at nine PVP and other types of Contant this game has no endgame. It has a story. That’s a very decent person shooter, very good actually it’s all voice acted and not just I walk up and click on an MPC in a dark stormy voice acted, but I cinematic do you walk into a room and in very smoothly control is taken from you and you’re going to have cinematic where character walks up and talked with the quest giver. It’s all very well done I mean really well done case you’re unfamiliar with that type of cinematic. It’s it’s very well done like top quality now the script could’ve been better from time to little corny but it’s a good story on the blade saw the side mission golf on the way so playing through the story multiple times at least 4×1 on each class, great sense and that’s what I did originally I got index rotations waited for a little while and realize there’s no point. It’s just grinding for deer that you can use to get better at grinding for more deer. Bet your nearest to get better forget grinding for more deer in bro you eventually max out your level and there’s nothing left to grind for an appointment to go on. That’s why this game is dead I mean Siri play like any single player story you play through the story maybe you played through it a little differently I think the first time I played through it I let my mom world teacher go off on its own and it got really really difficult driveway through that world tour one just to enjoy the story the second time, after I play through the story, I grind my character up to max level backstory level and Max world tour level, which you’ll find out is entirely on important. You don’t need to be max level. When are you going to put it in the world dear, doesn’t matter, either when you’re going to ask religion, not all that matters I mean somebody literally had their friend Carey on through to the boss battle completed the story and then went straight in the world tears without doing any grinding, so it really doesn’t matter whether they fix that meat or not I don’t know but apparently not because when I completed the story, it took me right into world terrors change me if you apocalypse level three already, I don’t understand that give me some some pot resources like I mean I don’t know why I hadn’t been on an expedition yet, but I got shit out of the extradition cast at apocalypses tier 3, and God knows why, but I turned around and went back to do side. Mission said fuck that change back to world bears. I am Michael upstairs thing is that I wore a New World sweater thing I don’t even understand. Yeah cause I haven’t I am not buying world swear for sure, but it’s something new I don’t remember Paco upstairs existing or the other two configurations screen for that matter what the game is that because they fucked it up now because it was a bad game but because they tried to do some thing that the game was it tried to being some thing that the game was it could’ve put out a story and left it at that. Let people grind and grind for deer to get really good gear and enjoy the various things you could replay are you can replay any part of it just by resetting and going to a different story card and then they could’ve released on a DLC that took the story further and another day. I’ll see you then. Tell Chris story further, and people would’ve kept playing zero I feel see you with another 10 hours of gameplay or something what event far more profitable been letting people continue to grind on expedition while literally buying nothing

Yeah, I’m glad you have fun with the game dude and I did too short emote as a blast. The story itself is good I mean it’s not that it’s not too bad don’t give me wrong it’s not like the best storytelling ever. There are parts of it that are fairly cheesy and corny, but it’s all voice acted fairly. Well. Voice acted even setting aside the cheesy line sometimes The cinematic for good the game plays good. The gear drops are good regardless of what you say about it you’re not supposed to eat I’ll kick great year right off the bat but if you let your world, Tara go out there and you play harder and harder world they’re harder and harder story arcs he will get good gear from that the gear drops are satisfy You don’t go through a fight without finding something that’s better than what you’re using which is the basis of food or shooters you should constantly be getting pieces of gear that are a little better than what you’re wearing work swapping out… Inventory management is good at least territory maybe not so much shirk although you can mark an end disassemble stuff right in your stash so that’s good too but I I really enjoy the game, I think a lot of people really enjoyed the game until expedition, both pre-and post the changes fax perdition. I think people Wonka came right up until that point and don’t understand why after they get in the expression they can’t go back and get gear from various parts of the stories that are replayable for a reason Call Jay there a replay of old side, mission that there’s no point in replaying. Once you’ve levels your character I’ll put your neck traditions there’s absolutely no point in replaying them but they are replayable for some fucked up reason that’s why there are currently 129 people playing the game on speed because everybody who cares has really already played it and all that’s left is a tiny tiny tiny community of people who haven’t gone back to destiny two or the division two
The anthem has a very loyal, but depleted Fanbase as well. It doesn’t mean it’s a game you should be basing your UA-cam on or talking like it’s such a great game. I got no problems with anthem once they fixed all the bugs in and now I got rid of it most of the issues other than the repetitive and unnecessary loading screen anthems a lot of fun to play but much like other games we’re discussing Anthony’s dad anthem they’ve just straight up said they were developing nothing for this game anymore who knows maybe they’re secretly in the background still doing something and they don’t want to be answering questions about it but I doubt it the game was put out to pasture much like all riders March like the Division
If you want a true looter shooter experience and a great game try the borderlands series. As of outriders I absolutely love this game and I agree it has some of the best mechanics and build options of any game out right now in my opinion.

Gave you what is the grinding part that you do in our MMORPG like BDO they gave you the grind a part so you can get the gear button BDO once you get the gear for once you upgrade your gear you’ve gotten to know resources Belgrade, your gear do you go on DVD with it bad to be in the game PVP now they’re actually even adding it you know PVA dungeon bosses to share with other players Once you get the gear, this game was had potential but they doing that the moment they had an expedition and decided not to just release it as a single player or co-op story game with future DLC extending the story, they tried to add elements of MMOFPS in there and they didn’t poorly
hey man, I appreciate the video. I am new guy as I liked demo and worldslayer bundle was on sale on PS5. I have a lot of fun but struggling with finding information I need and loneliness. I played through whole main campaign and all side quests with status "Open" + cross play enabled and nobody joined my game ever. I am now in DLC part but because I run some expeditions my apocalypse level is 12 and man I am struggling with melee bosses like Fisherman and Executioner. I know I can drop it down but feels lame. I would rather take on that challenge in coop. Anyway I am playing Technomancer like you and am struggling to find so called starter build as all I find is proper end game builds with all PAX points and apocalypse points and special items. I am not sure how I should progress, should I just drop AL down and just finish DLC story? or grind more expeditions for loot? you said you love trying builds. Is there starter build you could propose I could use at this stage of game?
Hey thanks for checking out the vid, and I appreciate the question! Since you're Apocalypse level is 12, your max gear level is 47 right? That means you might be slightly under-leveled for the DLC since most of us were gear-level 50 when we started the DLC. If I were in your shoes, I'd be grinding the endgame expeditions from the base game and get yourself to Challenge Tier 15 (gear level 50), before going on and continuing with the DLC. The loot and gear you'll be coming across in those expeditions should help get you through, and you'll want to be leveling up those pieces and the weapons to the max level they can get to. And it doesn't necessarily have to be all legendary pieces, I had a nice Technomancer firepower build that was all purple epics in the base game, all pieces having Bonus Firepower as the main attribute. If you can get you come Borealis gear, that can also greatly help since any 3 of those pieces equipped will give you an extra 50% damage against frozen enemies. At your level, I wouldn't worry too much about if the gear/weapons have 3 mod slots or not, 2 mods per gear should be enough for now. Archways of Enoch is a quick and easy expedition to farm, others I'd recommend would be Boom Town or Chem Plant, and Marshal's Complex would be another good one. At gear-level 47 you're not too far off from getting to 50, you'd just need to complete those expeditions, as well as any others you enjoy, at the max level available to unlock the next level. In terms of running co-op, I stream Outriders every Wednesday around 10pm EST and some Saturday nights if I have time. It’s a dead game dude it doesn’t matter. If it’s a dead game you can still enjoy it. Anthem is fun, but it’s also a dead game I quit playing because you couldn’t get anybody to match up for grandmaster eyes strongholds and I got sick of solo soloing them also, I like multiplayer, random multiplayer like destiny twos the world advance or bomb Pino, MMORPG world events that’s kind of what I enjoy and in anthem the way you get something like that is not in the Ford Player open world area but by joining other peoples adventures and helping them through their ventures and you can’t even do that anymore It’s OK to have fun playing that game. Just don’t pretend it’s you know something it isn’t.
Division games, both Destanni James Avenue bar bar bar, Presley destiny two. The builder diversity in destiny two is immense. The same goes for the division two and I’m like this game in both those games if you want certain bit square you’re built like certain armor pieces, the more Rob armor sets I mean or weapons do you have to grind certain banks, the division, Terrell makes it really easy you can see I forget how, but you can see where to go to grind a certain thing, do you know which fraction it’s gonna drop from I I forget how you do it but that’s because you just Kaina got a look it up where the restaurant ratings for something and out Ryder so much for the developers are entirely change direction on the loop pulle they said right from the beginning that all the fallacies about grinding a certain thing for certain item or unnecessary everything to drop anywhere and anytime at any level

You summed it up pretty well! I still play the game every day. Speedrunning is what makes this game shine in my opinion. Someone could make a fortune out of this game with some more developments. Most satisfying gameplay ever!

Ive got 90 hours in it with a techno and pyro maxed out and just starter on a devastator run. I do hope they allow the game to be played when they take the servers offline cuz we know its coming
I recently logged about 255 hours since launch. It has potential but developers didn’t learn. Outriders 2 is apparently on the works so I recommend people to buy first game on sale. And go crazy farming and experiment those builds.

I had finished the main game with a couple friends, but because of the timed expeditions they opted to quit. I got back in with New Horizon and tried a couple solo. Only have 257 hours in on PC, but am currently trying World Slayer solo Techno...also have game on all 5 xbox accounts :D > subbed for more Outriders content :)

I still love playing. Almost every day. Just my own tarya grata grind. And expeditions. Sometimes I just like to time myself and time my different builds and play skills against each other.
I was so happy when I finally made a deadeye pyromancer pure sniper build that could really hold its own in solo expeditions. It's challenging, but that's also the fun.

A few of my friends have fell off...only 1 left and we still play everyday. I love the build crafting, and gameplay. Outriders the best alternative Looter shooter to Destiny 2 atleast for me. Outriders even though i'm still playing through the story is such a great experience and way better then most other games in the genre. It truly deserves more love from the devs cause if they would listen to the Community this game could shine.

I just started playing two months ago and I love outriders!!! I don’t have anyone to play with though so just soloing everything
I play the game since release, still enjoy it to this day despite all the hurdles. As you say, SE/PCF have been sitting on a sleeping giant. Hope they realize the potential of this IP and turn it into the live service game it should have been (or at least announce a new expansion with new trials, expeditions and loot), man I would play it for years and years.
It's better that it's not a live service game. Live service is nothing but a death sentence for a game and they were smart to not make it one.

I do agree with the developers - this game was not meant to be played over a long span of time. In story mode, all specs are balanced and viable and the story is good. In endgame, only some specs truly shine. With World Slayer, they invented a whole new skill tree (PAX) but not enough legendaries/set items to support the various skill trees (such as burn damage for pyromancer/a way to inflict burn in a huge AoE)

Never played looter shooter also and months before worldslayer I knew that OR existed watching some video and “oh a gears of war on PlayStation?” . Pyro got my attention and bought it used ,omg the gameplay is so f fun and the graphics ,fire ,ice effects … I loved this game . Did everything solo and stoped after finished tarya gratar so many times with no new reward. This game is super fun

Square Enix never squared moneys with PCF... that's why PCF dropped it. If they come to terms on that I'm sure they'll pick it up again, there's tens of thousands of players out there waiting for it

I would like to see them get atleast 1 more chance at it, I was having a blast when it 1st came out, I loved the fast paced non stop action, I love how u healed, the classes were fun and it actually let u become really powerful, it didn't feel like just another generic looter shooter, it did enough differently to be in it's own lane

I just got back into the game and I love the gameplay and I have played since demo and I love the game I play solo and haven’t played in a group since demo so I don’t know how much of the game experience I am missing out on.
The game is amazing. You’re right too - you can’t get this experience anywhere else! But after how disastrous the rollout and ensuing various patches and glitches, I get the feeling the team probably wants nothing to do with this particular IP anymore. But if they do release new content, I’ll be back in a second

Haven't played this game for almost 2 years or so..I stopped at level 26 after someone I was playing with stopped playing. Plus it got boring after a while, and even with the amount of action. I started up again like two weeks ago and upgraded to Worldslayer, and cannot stop playing🤷🏾..at least for rn. Some of us need a healthy break from a specific game after a while. We'll see.

I still play the game and love almost everything the game has the offer, the aesthetics, the abilities, the gameplay, the story is all so interesting. I know there was recently bad news about pcf not receiving money for the game, but the game is just so enjoyable that I hope it’s not another anthem. I hope pcf and squareinx see this game was a success and continue to do something with this title weather it is more dlc, changing to live service, or making a sequel. I just got an Xbox one from z friend and got game pass and downloading it now. I only played the demo but I remember enjoying it.
I'm over 3000 hours as well into outriders and 1000% agree with everything u said. I still play daily and the build crafting even with 3000 hours I just made the most ridiculous statue devestator build that I can run a map and not fire a shot and kill everything as long as I go near them. I predict the 2 year anniversary pcf will drop an update with bug fixes and some new stuff including user suggested things like bigger stash boxes. Just my personal guess, April 1

Yah it sucks. But I started Outriders 2 weeks ago and I love this freaking game. I mainly run solo and I'm at the point that it's really hard to find a game that I genuinely enjoy. I beat Selkiro 7 times, Dishonored multiple times, just games that are legitimately great.
But this game is really really good. It's sad to join something like this, see all the potential, and face the reality that it's pretty dead in all honesty. It's even had me debating on making content again. But man, I hope one day that there is an Outriders 2. And this time, I'm hopping on it day 1

The developers shouldn't listen to all the bullshit they should or come back to this game and stay with it. Makes no sense to me I absolutely love it and people just talk shit and follow others trust me on that. There's no reason why the game is bad these days after the first week with the server problems.

It seems to me not doing live service is a good choice. I don't need to worry about updates and nerfs, and I can play according to my pace. I haven't played for about two months, but I can still pick it up later with nothing outdated. So this game is more relaxing than other looter games that do live service.
That apoc tier grind, is totally optionally as I have tried to make one of my characters stay at 27 forever and this is fine. So this design is to allow players to find their own optimal playing time.
So this game may not be that alive, but it's always a place I can go back to at any time. I guess this is another kind of "alive".

I started a Technobuild yesterday and played from Rifttown all the way to Trials of Tarya. What a fun game! The gameplay has no bullshit like falling off stuff and dying. Ammo is plentiful. The world is gorgeous. The story and lore are amazing!
Other fun stuff I’ve noticed:
Like meeting Corrigan and seeing some of the weapons are named the “Corr…” Killing the animals gives you leather for armor. And noticing that different species have the same abilities that are in the weapons and that’s where they come from.
Yup, or like the String of Gauss mod with similar powers like from the early Gauss boss fight. Glad you're still having fun with the game!!
No BS? How about my character losing the ability to dodge at least once a play through? Or getting stuck in the air mid ability? Or the lack of enemy variation? The by the numbers story? The generic final boss fight? Seems like a lot of BS to me.

I think Outriders was a test of ambition and PCF collected the data they needed. The eventual *knocks on wood* OutRiders 2 should be a home run from all of their growing pains with this game.
There’s nothing quite like Outriders.
The bugs and frustration form Y1 hopefully was correct for a lot of gamers going into New Horizons & Worldslayer & when on sale for $30 is insane value. The best 7.5/10 game I think I’ve played.
That's definitely the hope, that PCF takes the lessons learned and apply it to the sequel. Time will tell
Did they ever fix the server issues? That was my main issue. When I could play it was fun but there were literally times in this where I had to re-fight the same battles or watch the same cutscenes half a dozen times because I kept losing my connection to the game's servers before I reached a new checkpoint. This game is IMO the perfect example of why singleplayer mode in games with multiplayer components should never require an Internet connection.
The game is in a good place as far as working out the kinks. Only problem is the lack of endgame content

My plan when I got the game at launch was to run through it as a Technomancer then take a couple of months off before returning to make a Trickster run but after all the server issues I had during my Technomancer run I never got around to making my Trickster.
Trickster is in a good place and is arguably the most versatile class in terms of build diversity. Let me know how your Trickster is coming along! 👍

So im not that far into the game, just a bit shy of 100 hours(maybe like 150 if counting demo), but i really enjoy the game till this day. Im slowly, but surely getting a second set of gear for my techno for a bullet build and currently im running absolutely maxed out cryo turret build.

This game is a game you play through launch or maybe if you just do you know like the story I played through four times. I just finished after coming back a year and a half later and play through the story once more unless you’re a glutton for punishment expeditions holds no value on like saying MMORPG or an MMOFBI swear you’re going to play through the story then you’re going to grind your character to max level so that you can join into dungeons in raids and at nine PVP and other types of Contant this game has no endgame. It has a story. That’s a very decent person shooter, very good actually it’s all voice acted and not just I walk up and click on an MPC in a dark stormy voice acted, but I cinematic do you walk into a room and in very smoothly control is taken from you and you’re going to have cinematic where character walks up and talked with the quest giver. It’s all very well done I mean really well done case you’re unfamiliar with that type of cinematic. It’s it’s very well done like top quality now the script could’ve been better from time to little corny but it’s a good story on the blade saw the side mission golf on the way so playing through the story multiple times at least 4×1 on each class, great sense and that’s what I did originally I got index rotations waited for a little while and realize there’s no point. It’s just grinding for deer that you can use to get better at grinding for more deer. Bet your nearest to get better forget grinding for more deer in bro you eventually max out your level and there’s nothing left to grind for an appointment to go on. That’s why this game is dead I mean Siri play like any single player story you play through the story maybe you played through it a little differently I think the first time I played through it I let my mom world teacher go off on its own and it got really really difficult driveway through that world tour one just to enjoy the story the second time, after I play through the story, I grind my character up to max level backstory level and Max world tour level, which you’ll find out is entirely on important. You don’t need to be max level. When are you going to put it in the world dear, doesn’t matter, either when you’re going to ask religion, not all that matters I mean somebody literally had their friend Carey on through to the boss battle completed the story and then went straight in the world tears without doing any grinding, so it really doesn’t matter whether they fix that meat or not I don’t know but apparently not because when I completed the story, it took me right into world terrors change me if you apocalypse level three already, I don’t understand that give me some some pot resources like I mean I don’t know why I hadn’t been on an expedition yet, but I got shit out of the extradition cast at apocalypses tier 3, and God knows why, but I turned around and went back to do side. Mission said fuck that change back to world bears. I am Michael upstairs thing is that I wore a New World sweater thing I don’t even understand. Yeah cause I haven’t I am not buying world swear for sure, but it’s something new I don’t remember Paco upstairs existing or the other two configurations screen for that matter what the game is that because they fucked it up now because it was a bad game but because they tried to do some thing that the game was it tried to being some thing that the game was it could’ve put out a story and left it at that. Let people grind and grind for deer to get really good gear and enjoy the various things you could replay are you can replay any part of it just by resetting and going to a different story card and then they could’ve released on a DLC that took the story further and another day. I’ll see you then. Tell Chris story further, and people would’ve kept playing zero I feel see you with another 10 hours of gameplay or something what event far more profitable been letting people continue to grind on expedition while literally buying nothing

Yeah, I’m glad you have fun with the game dude and I did too short emote as a blast. The story itself is good I mean it’s not that it’s not too bad don’t give me wrong it’s not like the best storytelling ever. There are parts of it that are fairly cheesy and corny, but it’s all voice acted fairly. Well. Voice acted even setting aside the cheesy line sometimes The cinematic for good the game plays good. The gear drops are good regardless of what you say about it you’re not supposed to eat I’ll kick great year right off the bat but if you let your world, Tara go out there and you play harder and harder world they’re harder and harder story arcs he will get good gear from that the gear drops are satisfy You don’t go through a fight without finding something that’s better than what you’re using which is the basis of food or shooters you should constantly be getting pieces of gear that are a little better than what you’re wearing work swapping out… Inventory management is good at least territory maybe not so much shirk although you can mark an end disassemble stuff right in your stash so that’s good too but I I really enjoy the game, I think a lot of people really enjoyed the game until expedition, both pre-and post the changes fax perdition. I think people Wonka came right up until that point and don’t understand why after they get in the expression they can’t go back and get gear from various parts of the stories that are replayable for a reason Call Jay there a replay of old side, mission that there’s no point in replaying. Once you’ve levels your character I’ll put your neck traditions there’s absolutely no point in replaying them but they are replayable for some fucked up reason that’s why there are currently 129 people playing the game on speed because everybody who cares has really already played it and all that’s left is a tiny tiny tiny community of people who haven’t gone back to destiny two or the division two

The anthem has a very loyal, but depleted Fanbase as well. It doesn’t mean it’s a game you should be basing your UA-cam on or talking like it’s such a great game. I got no problems with anthem once they fixed all the bugs in and now I got rid of it most of the issues other than the repetitive and unnecessary loading screen anthems a lot of fun to play but much like other games we’re discussing Anthony’s dad anthem they’ve just straight up said they were developing nothing for this game anymore who knows maybe they’re secretly in the background still doing something and they don’t want to be answering questions about it but I doubt it the game was put out to pasture much like all riders March like the Division

If you want a true looter shooter experience and a great game try the borderlands series. As of outriders I absolutely love this game and I agree it has some of the best mechanics and build options of any game out right now in my opinion.

Gave you what is the grinding part that you do in our MMORPG like BDO they gave you the grind a part so you can get the gear button BDO once you get the gear for once you upgrade your gear you’ve gotten to know resources Belgrade, your gear do you go on DVD with it bad to be in the game PVP now they’re actually even adding it you know PVA dungeon bosses to share with other players Once you get the gear, this game was had potential but they doing that the moment they had an expedition and decided not to just release it as a single player or co-op story game with future DLC extending the story, they tried to add elements of MMOFPS in there and they didn’t poorly

hey man, I appreciate the video. I am new guy as I liked demo and worldslayer bundle was on sale on PS5. I have a lot of fun but struggling with finding information I need and loneliness. I played through whole main campaign and all side quests with status "Open" + cross play enabled and nobody joined my game ever. I am now in DLC part but because I run some expeditions my apocalypse level is 12 and man I am struggling with melee bosses like Fisherman and Executioner. I know I can drop it down but feels lame. I would rather take on that challenge in coop. Anyway I am playing Technomancer like you and am struggling to find so called starter build as all I find is proper end game builds with all PAX points and apocalypse points and special items.
I am not sure how I should progress, should I just drop AL down and just finish DLC story? or grind more expeditions for loot? you said you love trying builds. Is there starter build you could propose I could use at this stage of game?
Hey thanks for checking out the vid, and I appreciate the question! Since you're Apocalypse level is 12, your max gear level is 47 right? That means you might be slightly under-leveled for the DLC since most of us were gear-level 50 when we started the DLC. If I were in your shoes, I'd be grinding the endgame expeditions from the base game and get yourself to Challenge Tier 15 (gear level 50), before going on and continuing with the DLC. The loot and gear you'll be coming across in those expeditions should help get you through, and you'll want to be leveling up those pieces and the weapons to the max level they can get to. And it doesn't necessarily have to be all legendary pieces, I had a nice Technomancer firepower build that was all purple epics in the base game, all pieces having Bonus Firepower as the main attribute. If you can get you come Borealis gear, that can also greatly help since any 3 of those pieces equipped will give you an extra 50% damage against frozen enemies. At your level, I wouldn't worry too much about if the gear/weapons have 3 mod slots or not, 2 mods per gear should be enough for now. Archways of Enoch is a quick and easy expedition to farm, others I'd recommend would be Boom Town or Chem Plant, and Marshal's Complex would be another good one.
At gear-level 47 you're not too far off from getting to 50, you'd just need to complete those expeditions, as well as any others you enjoy, at the max level available to unlock the next level.

It’s a dead game dude it doesn’t matter. If it’s a dead game you can still enjoy it. Anthem is fun, but it’s also a dead game I quit playing because you couldn’t get anybody to match up for grandmaster eyes strongholds and I got sick of solo soloing them also, I like multiplayer, random multiplayer like destiny twos the world advance or bomb Pino, MMORPG world events that’s kind of what I enjoy and in anthem the way you get something like that is not in the Ford Player open world area but by joining other peoples adventures and helping them through their ventures and you can’t even do that anymore
It’s OK to have fun playing that game. Just don’t pretend it’s you know something it isn’t.

Division games, both Destanni James Avenue bar bar bar, Presley destiny two. The builder diversity in destiny two is immense. The same goes for the division two and I’m like this game in both those games if you want certain bit square you’re built like certain armor pieces, the more Rob armor sets I mean or weapons do you have to grind certain banks, the division, Terrell makes it really easy you can see I forget how, but you can see where to go to grind a certain thing, do you know which fraction it’s gonna drop from I I forget how you do it but that’s because you just Kaina got a look it up where the restaurant ratings for something and out Ryder so much for the developers are entirely change direction on the loop pulle they said right from the beginning that all the fallacies about grinding a certain thing for certain item or unnecessary everything to drop anywhere and anytime at any level
