DIY Scaling.
I purchased a set of dental scalers online, specifically Teressa. I've managed to remove tartar DIY.
Q) How do I sterilise these instruments?
I am mobility disabled. Dental Hygienist is many miles distance from me.
I might purchase my own ultrasonic dental scaler. (UK)

You don't need to sterilize the equipment if you only use it on yourself.
