Wildberries gave up 35% of its stake, while the other company involved in the merger did not give anything despite Wildberries being significantly more valuable. From the outside, it seems like Tatyana was forced to sign the deal, at any cost, including divorcing her husband, who would have been an obstacle to the deal.
