No from my website. They used them a lot in the 70's and 80's. I love it so I decided to sell it on my site.

Nice video. Thanks. I also see Arnold videos for inspiration.
Will try What you showed today next time I train. Friday this week. And then after, my plan is to fast 72 hours. Any adwise about that?

Thanks. Glad you found the video interesting. In regards to fasting, I really can't give much advice. I don't fast. I eat a clean healthy diet year round. Best of luck to you!

Love your happiness and love for work out. Yes. You also solved my Armpain with a former video. Thanks!
I do too, very healthy and sixpack, but fast once every 6 month, to clean out my body, good for a bad hart.

Still trying to heal my distal biceps tendonitis. Been a month and a half. I've been stretching it in a few ways, getting blood flow to it, doing some rehab eccentrics for it.... Almost 7 weeks later. My job also inhibits it to heal(pulling patients to and from stretchers and beds) so, this may take many many months if ever.... Do you recccomend corticosteroid shots to help speed up recovery?

Maybe this video can be of some help. If not, I have others for biceps: ua-cam.com/video/LWSbrsBtpKU/v-deo.htmlsi=D6othqiCcO2ajeNR

@@OcraMedHealth I've seen that video of yours before actually(been watching alot of the distal biceps tendonitis UA-cam vids), except I forgot to keep incorporating the fascia release part. That's probably an important key I need to remember. I've been putting menthol rub on it alot with the theory that it provides heat to the site which is blood flow to promote healing, some stretching of the biceps(like the exact one you showed in this video which I love) and light weighted eccentric curls with the focus on elongating the tendon to promote collagen synthesis, but.....almost 7 weeks later and it's still a small annoyance under heavy burst load(from my job)... Ie: the pulling of patients to and from stretchers and beds). It's BETTER than what it was, but the small nuisance that it is(without lifting heavy weights in the gym like I used to for the last year) won't dissapear. I'm so eager to get back into it, but I need this dumb tendon to heal. I also consume collagen regularly mixed in with my whey protein, whether that helps or not... 🤷

@@deadlyalliance8281 The fascial release work is very important. Best of luck with your recovery!

@@OcraMedHealth thanks! I'm almost tempted to order bpc-157 to help with recovery but, I have no idea what site is reputable and contains the labeled potency of said peptide. If I knew, I'd order it In a heart beat and give it a go! Do you recommend massage guns(with different attachments) for myofacial release or just those textured roller accessories that you show in your videos? I have a couple massage guns, but none of those roller objects...
