That is the hours, then when you multiply by the 60 you get the minutes. Number in front of comma is the full hours and the decimals is the time that is not a full hour yet.

Maam can i ask why did you put 0.08333 when you were multiplying the minutes by 60?

This is correct, the 5 is the 4,999999 rounded off.

It's 31.5\75 and not 7.5. The 0.42 is in hours and once multiplied by 60 it is converted to minutes. Hope that helps.
