the way I see bb8 is like g1 bumblebee, a little kid with... little experience because of his young age. while I also see R2D2 in the first movies like bayverse bumblebee, still being young but a bit more experienced but now he reminds me about RID2015 bumblebee, has grown and now sees a new generation.
The creators of this silly series of flicks just want us to hate this thing SO badly, they intentionally made it annoying. . . indifferent here, just observing...
