About "L" : If you have old pc like i5 2400 (only 4 cores), video like 1080/60fps will be lag if you push double "L" (in 2023/2024 premiere), and you forgot about "K" - stop , and "J" rewind :)
Why would you press K to stop if yiu can do it with the space bar? , about your PC, I have no idea if it would work properly, I will suggest you to reduce the quality of the timeline so that your video plays better.
