This music takes me back to when I was 5 years old, no responsibility, no stress, no worries, just being a kid was my job. The emotions in this music are indescribable.
If I would ever learn how to play piano, it certainly would be just to play as this song's version. This song is so impactful that I come back here times to times just to experience this masterpiece.
That's a lovely piece of music for a dinosaur adventure film. I always thought the first movie captured a certain majesty and sense of awe and wonder that all the sequels lacked. The orchestral version when they first see the plant-eating dinos was quite something.
The first part is very beautiful and soothing to listen.....I just close my eyes and enjoy every second..... Emotional, sad, happy, relaxing and beautiful all at the same time..... Then at 3:12 is where the goosebumps start and my adrenaline gets pumped and I head bang to the rest of it......a breathtaking piece from Jurassic park..... One of the best in the world.....stayed, stays, and will stay as one of the top piano pieces of all time
This is the melody of life without taxes or bills or other responsibilities. When your a kid and your only job is to play with your toys and watch Satuday morning cartoons.
This video, showing only your hands playing is so awesome. Nothing more is needed to let the imagination fly alongside the dinosaurs. You are amazing as always
Wonderfully played. The thing I love about this piece the most is how perfectly in contrast it is with the movie it's set to. It has a sense of nostalgia and wonder to it, while the movie is full of death and screaming. It's amazing
StewieSwan imo this piece was written also to help imagine an unspoiled world, like it was in dinosaur era. Or maybe to remember dear people and places, nostalgia as you said
Growing up, Jurassic park was always on. I think my family really enjoyed it, so when the most recent one was on release I knew I had to watch it. Oh all the good memories of childhood. ❤️❤️❤️! I want a piano like yours one day!!!!! I have an upright Essex.
Admit it, if you didn't know this wonderful piece was associated with a T-rex ripping your head off or raptors having a go at your intestines, you might have said: "Oh yeah, I could walk down the isle to that!"
When I hear this... I remember the days I'd waste on the Jurassic Park Institute site....how I was a dinosaur nut, still am, really....I miss that site terribly, wish it could be brought back. Welcome to Jurassic Park, ladies and gents. Hold onto your butts.
I was 16 years old when I saw Jurassic Park on opening day with friends, went out to grab a bite, then went home and played my Super Nintendo all night. What a time it was to be alive!
This was the first movie i saw in the theaters back in 93..i was only 5 yrs old then..what a time that was..i wish someone plays this song when i breathe my last breath...
Absolutely perfect but I've never seen anyone play so beautifully who has hands that look like they could also just rip the piano in half. You have the hands equivalent of the "warrior in a garden" mentality. Go dad hands!
David, you are amazing! I love Jurassic Park. I remember when I watched it 3 years ago. So I was 7. As soon as I saw dinosaurs and the theme began I listened to it (near) every day! I love it! Thank you for bringing this theme back to me!
After watching Jurassic World : Fallen Kingdom, I listened to it again. This music is really epic, especially 3:20 . When the movie is over, that scene is coming. At that moment, I just closed my eyes and listened. I returned to my childhood, the scenes of Dr. Grant and Velociraptor came to my eyes. Finally, '' LIFE FINDS A WAY '', this is very good reference for Jurassic Park fans like me. Thanks Jeff Goldblum, thanks Steven Spielberg. I hope to see Dr. Allan Grant in Jurassic World 3.
Just saw this- beautiful playing and of course the tune is such a captivating melody (all of them) but I appreciate how you shot this allowing us to enjoy the views of the piano- steinway should use this as an ad!
bro i'm crying, I love jurassic park so much, it reminds me when I first watched the movie I was 6 yo (yeah a bit young lol) it was 12years ago, so it was 2 times the age I was when I first watched the movie xD. I love the two songs btw even if it's considered as one, the one from 00:00 and then the one at 03:15, John Williams is so great, he actually did 2 songs in one and it adds even more nostalgia
This has to be the best cover of this particular piece on youtube. A flawless performance. Wow man props to you. John Williams is a genius.
surely he is one of his kind
His given name was Gustav Holst. He keeps changing it so people don’t realize he’s immortal. 🤣
This music takes me back to when I was 5 years old, no responsibility, no stress, no worries, just being a kid was my job. The emotions in this music are indescribable.
You watched this when you were 5?! I was 10 I think when this came out - it was scary.

I adore this arrangement, it is so beautiful, I wish I could play this piece! Great performance!
Maybe you could if you practice a lot. :-)
I love Piano. For me, it is the most romantic instrument to serenade someone if you want to express a tender feeling using a musical interaction.
He clearly spared no expense making this video.
Certainly not with a Steinway 😅

PrinceV1R and life has found a way
"Life uh.. finds a way..."
....And he was right.
The scientists were stupid. They knew the frogs can change their
gender... 🙄
It wasn't "life", just human stupidity.
Greatest dinosaur movie there will ever be... thank you spielberg
rene Joao Spielberg is the Mozart of filmmaking. So very diverse and he tackles every subject.
3:16 and on is my FAVOURITE part
it is called "Journey To The Island"
Well at 3:10 and on so yeah!!!
+Paul Mackenroth Same here!
Kholofelo Mokgwatshane same here to

This doesn’t even have to be a Jurassic park theme, its that versatile and well written that it can be used for anything
That bit at 0:39 always gets me in the emotions.
If I would ever learn how to play piano, it certainly would be just to play as this song's version. This song is so impactful that I come back here times to times just to experience this masterpiece.

The best theme and film franchise in all history!
This piano cover is so beautiful it almost made me cry! 👏😢
3:11 🏈 Detroit Lions💙🩶 vs Denver Broncos💙🧡

Thank you Mr. David for this wonderful music .... The creation of sir John Williams is one of my most favorite one. You have made it better.
What a piece of melody...piano sounds great.
2:03 - 3:06 is my favorite part. especially at 2:24 the left hand piece is really really impressive and moving here
This video, showing only your hands playing is so awesome. Nothing more is needed to let the imagination fly alongside the dinosaurs. You are amazing as always
I like to think a T-Rex is playing this with his little arms when I close my eyes 🤔😌😂
Thanks, now i can't stop laughing Form the image in my head😂
-- best he could do would be chopsticks.

Wonderfully played.
The thing I love about this piece the most is how perfectly in contrast it is with the movie it's set to. It has a sense of nostalgia and wonder to it, while the movie is full of death and screaming. It's amazing

It was written with the script in mind. Williams wrote a melody expressing a child's imagination.
He spared no expense here.
Stunning performance !!!!
Thank you.
Wow, not even a slight imperfection, marvelous.
Growing up, Jurassic park was always on. I think my family really enjoyed it, so when the most recent one was on release I knew I had to watch it. Oh all the good memories of childhood. ❤️❤️❤️!
