Blimey Darren that was an amazing video ,the combination of the different views/scenery and the music brought years to my eyes . We lost my Dad a few years ago and he absolutely loved the island and went to and knew very well all the places you filmed there . He also knew Terry when he was the compere in The Church which was always a great night . I even won his famous raffle one night . Brilliant video loved it .😁😁👍👍😢😢

Wow DJ, I can’t believe I spotted Crows Nest in this video and that it is still going strong in the Veronica’s.. that was my favourite bar in the late 80’s into the 90’s. There and Bonkers bar, Waikiki Beach bar too. I think it’s only the Crows Nest that is still there today. Like you, those days are gone for me now, but I’ve got some amazing memories from my time in Tenerife, back in the day. I must go back some time soon. Tenerife has something for everyone, all ages. I’m more up for the chilled out relaxed side of it nowadays. Great video as always. Good, fresh calamari is delicious. 👌

Great snapshot there Darren. I absolutely agree with getting out and about and discovering a place, and enjoying the local food. I tend to avoid 'touristy' and 'Brit's abroad' places. I never knew that was called the golden mile! I have learnt something today. If you ever stay there keep walking to the bottom and you will come to the beach and a beautiful little lido. Its breathtaking at sunset
