Cracks ‘starting to appear’ in housing market

Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says experts have indicated cracks are “starting to appear” in the housing market.
Mr Boyd’s comments come as signs are starting to show the strong home price growth cycle is now over or close to coming to an end.
“Soaring prices, limited supply, high interest rates and record low levels of affordability were some of the big themes from Australia’s property market this year,” he said.
“According to PropTrack, prices in November reached a new peak capping off 23 consecutive months of growth.”
