The Indian food was a nice touch and so often overlooked can you imagine if the did Chinese as well?! Hey, Jamaican Asian food is a whole different ball game enuh. I loved this series. Some things I've never eaten though lived here all my life.
I actually prefer Indian and Chinese food that you can find in the West Indies as opposed to the food back home in the motherlands (India and China). The first time I ever tried curries, stir fries, and noodle dishes from places like Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana, and Suriname, I was seriously hooked.

This reminded me of my Jamsican Indian Dad. I ate the goat brain as a child but not sure if I could still eat it. Every Christmas, Independence and Easter my Dad would butcher a goat, cook all those dishes and all, I mean all the neighbours came by with no official invitation. The only thing missing is the brown Stew goat liver with roasted breadfruit and green fried plantains. I'm happy to now share these full recipes with everyone 😋😋😋 another great episode 🙌🏽🇯🇲❤
Laughing at the lady at the end pointing at the mucus coming out of Sonny's nose! 😂 We also eat those meals here in Grenada, it's amazing to see how the islands share similar culture which dates back to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.
