Hey, just so you know lieutenants don’t really go out in the street. They’ve already did street time. She worked narcotics OK so she was in the streets. She’s earned the right to be a lieutenant. She doesn’t have to go out there unless she needs to so get that straight.
That's because there was a time that was unthinkable. Then a bunch of people fucking murdered their spouses and got away with it because the police assumed a spouse wouldn't do it. They have to assume anyone involved is a suspect until proven otherwise.
@@JShann04 now that's not true, what is true is that a lot of people have historically been tortured and pressured into giving false testimony by the so called law enforcement of the times. This has continued into the modern day to a lesser degree. Which, by saying lesser isn't really saying so much given how prevalent it used to be.
He's G from New York Undercover who's also Junior from My Wife and Kids . He started as Q's little brother on Juice, his name is George O Gore II . PASS IT ON !
Why didn't they just impound his jacket, shoes, and cap, and test for powder residue? If they thought the burns on his fingers were from smoking crack, they could've taken him into custody for a medical evaluation by CPS.
Lucky for that kid who wanted to quit that his would-be-killer not only missed the first shot but fumbled the second due to a gun jam. It sucks that the missed bullet hit an innocent bystander though, from a good distance away too.
It turns out the boy Lonnie was forced by his mother to work for the drug dealer Roscoe to pay off her debts. The lawyers try to go after Roscoe but hit a brick wall, forcing them to reluctantly prosecute Lonnie. They try to get Lonnie to flip on his boss but fail... but in the process, they discover just how neglectful and uncaring Lonnie's mother is to him - to the point where she signs away her son's legal custody to the dealer. Eventually, Lonnie flips on Roscoe after the lawyers arrange for him to secretly hear the police interrogate his mother (and she ends up confessing that she doesn't care if her son goes to jail). The dealer eventually gets prosecuted and Lonnie gets 5 years in juvie... and a lot of emotional trauma since his own mother never attends that sentencing.
@@eastmeetswestpresents6923 I suspect the dealer's connection are slashed off when they get easy word he got cuffed. That's one of the issues PD has; one sound and all the rats scatter.

How could it happen, "I don't have a gun." This is crazy that they talk him into thinking he shot his wife!

@JShann04 Statistically speaking, it’s the spouse more often than not

He meant that day.

When it comes to kids there are a lot of legal boundaries....it could ruin the case

Incredible acting from the mother @8:04-8:50, you can see such complex emotion in her face
Debts made everyone to do terrible things to solve it
Why Van Buren snatch up that man like that?! 😭😭😭
Van buren ripped him
Van Buren kicked rears.

Peacock you’re driving me nuts!!! Why won’t you carry the earlier seasons???

Episodes of Law and Order certainly highlight crimes involving children.
