A Friend, get the Soul Bearer (from the "Bear your soul" miniquest). Charge it up with blood and soul runs and it'll bank your ensouled heads for you (1 charge per head).

if you're a main acc and looking to level up range to like 70-80 to chin efficiently cannon ice trolls north of jatizo. you break even/make slight profit and gain decent range and combat exp maybe not the most hyper-efficient, but it works

A Friend, you can use Arceus spellbook to summon the ensouled heads when you get them as a drop, so you didn't need to bank as often
