Hi, Many thanks for your compliment about the layout - very much appreciated. Dimension wise it is 6 feet 8 inches long which is 205cm and 22 inches wide which is 56cm. It does separate half way along so that the right side of the layout can be operated on its own. If you are thinking of using some of the larger 009 locos like the Heljan Lynton and Barnstaple 2-6-2 on your layout you will need the larger 12 inch radius curves for it to be able to go round. I have one, fantastic model, but it just derails on my 9 inch radius curves! Hope that is if use? More about my layout on my blog - just search WMD Woody's ; Modelling Diary and in the blog just search the tag '009 gauge layout' for the posts about it. If nothing else the blog can send you to sleep if you have insomnia!
