As a degenerate frost main, I'm gonna pull for her just because of the simulacra. Hard to say no to a combat maids skin! Also, because Annabella's playstyle is essentially ranged Huma dash attack spam how would Huma Matrix do against crow since we can't expect to have high crit rate anyway?
She does give 15% crit rate so its easy to have enough to run Crow Matrix. Huma 2 piece is supposedly a good option with the burn build. I plan on going 2 piece Crow 2 piece Huma.
Fair point, I mean when you switch to zero, lin's bloom counts as a hit from zero and spawns hp/buff bubbles, so I can imagine that it would count as anna hitting it as far as the matrix is concerned.

Burning for main dps ruby, your annabella will be a support. Smoke for dps annabella. I'm not sure about rotations but it's probably a quick swap team.
I can understand the field bouncing the cube from spark, considering even your placed Dolly can bounce it if you get a good angle. Also given I am someone who runs zero for the flame res on ruby (since I don't have cobalt, and it did more damage than king against the greyspace puppet singer given its consistency, to where I beat it before lin, and of course the shield and health) getting some healing through the cross snipes (if it's fixed on release) will be super helpful. I mean yeah no shield, and no designated healing, as well as a lack of damage bubbles for myself and allies, but like I'm not completely doomed. Also nobody uses food nowadays.
Which is why we got a p2w event to get a unique overload combat engine.... that is completely useless because 99% of players will not get physical specific random stats to match the special physical stats of the combat module over other modules... yeah absolute scam, but at least I got the outfit.

The trait mention Samir but it really works for every weapon you use. Samir's trait still better than Lin's because its universal buff to all your weapon (as long you don't receive damage) while Lin only buff her skill.

Overall, on paper and total dps output wise, it appears 2p Crow + 2pSamir is still better than 4p Anna matrix set by a margin. If we had the CN version of the matrices, 4p Annabella's would defo be better. However, 4p Annabella provides crit rate increase which you can't find from the regular matrices and it provides dodge reset which synergises with her dodge attacks.
@@TheAyikita1 I'm guessing the crit rate from the anna 4 pieces would only be better than samir crow 2 piece if we ever reach 100% crit and get the bonus crit damage, but only time can tell... like I dunno if we throw in the new titan armour it might eventually reach that. That being said I haven't got a 3 star crow or samir so anna will absolutely trump at 3 star.

Funny you should mention that, her healing was non existent... not cause it was bad but cause it wasn't there. 14:40 his coverage on the 3 star states the bug. Should be fixed on release. Also I'd assume since you aren't recharging the weapon after the first dodge attack (counts as cross snipe) you doing less damage will reduce your healing. But I could be wrong. That being said unless you're a whale with the usual 60% crit chance, you shouldn't rely on getting crits for the healing. Especially since it's only 50% of your damage, and further it caps to 10% of your own. But as a whale with over a 50% chance to heal every time, it's probably going to be really helpful. Not insanely OP of course, you'd still need a more reliable healer in tougher team based battles like abyss, but it'll keep you alive for much longer if you try to solo a WB or something.

How can we roll for Annabella if TOF is not giving enough wishes even to make it to C0 ??? They should ramp up the DC and red wishes if they want to retain the base players while trying to catching to CN, otherwise no one will stay and play a game that the characters are unobtainable even at C1 or even C0

Both cobalt and Anna make your flame comp cheaper. Why do I say cheaper, when many players say cobalt is expensive? It is because both of them are self-sufficient; they don't need other weapons to do burn for them. Pick cobalt a6 or anna a1 (eventually try to make either a6 in the future) then just dump other flame weapons in the other slots, then you are set. Ruby is more expensive because she needs anna or cobalt to maximize her abilities. Now, is anna and cobalt good together? They don't need eachother...it's just a waste of resources, unless you want double gun flame comp for fun.

Her Cross Snipe (charge attack) gives big amount of charge points when fully charged (3 bars) plus a passive skill that gives 300 charge points when it crits or hit burning enemies (15 seconds cooldown). Then her dodge attack instantly launches a fully charged cross snipe. A3 also gives 50 charges per hit if it crits. She's a super crazy charger.

You can also consider Lan's matrices instead once she came out in global. In CN, she got flame effect that works in background (unless it's changed on global). Just save up your DC and use whatever available for now.

If want sustain without losing dps, a3 is a must. If you don't care about that, a0 looks fine enough to me. Lan in the future still doesn't have heals though, so it depends on you. Ruby can throw dolly for cc/grouping and Anna has range, so healing isn't necessarily that important.
I appreciate you compiling this video of your information together. This, along with a few others that I've seen about Anna are just solidifying my decision to not pull for Anna. So far all of the information I've seen has been all over the place. Some showing numbers where she's weaker than A3 Cobalt and others showing that she's strong as heck.

If want sustain without losing dps, a3 is a must. If you don't care about that, a0 looks fine enough to me. Lan in the future still doesn't have heals though, so it depends on you. Ruby can throw dolly for cc/grouping and Anna has range, so healing isn't necessarily that important.
You need a1 for the burns for Ruby
I appreciate you compiling this video of your information together. This, along with a few others that I've seen about Anna are just solidifying my decision to not pull for Anna. So far all of the information I've seen has been all over the place. Some showing numbers where she's weaker than A3 Cobalt and others showing that she's strong as heck.
