As the first resort to bring the chairlift to the Midwest in 1948, Boyne Mountain helped to popularize the sport of skiing in Detroit, Chicago and other midwestern cities. Today, you can take on Hemlock, one of Michigan's signature black diamond runs, where skiing legends like Stein Eriksen and Warren Miller have carved turns throughout Boyne Mountain's 70+ years of skiing history. Afterward, head back to the top for another run or warm up at Eagle's Nest Restaurant with views of Boyne River Valley below.

Guess I have to stick to Brighton and alpine 😂

I ski and live in the Rockies, it's painful to me that this and mt Brighton are what's available 😢.
I wish when God was designing the world he hadn't made so much flatland.

I was there yesterday and fell hard but there was a kid (I'm 13) amd he had a go pro on the top of his helmet and I crashed and he came to me after going down a big hill and he helped me up cuz my ski things wouldn't come off my feet and we became besties for the day but I left and never got his number
