The only thing wrong with this video is not reaming that center hole in the cut. You won't have a nice muck pile due to the muck being shot up more than 200ft up the ramp
You are totally right. After blast it spreads up debris for like 25-30 meters from the heading like an avalanche made of rocks. We do 4 reamers around the center hole just to be sure that if center charge fails all around it will still do a good job.
