Hi! It is actually called the Arch House! Here is a link www.startribune.com/minnetonkas-distinctive-midcentury-arch-house-lists-for-1-2-million/600222049/
Eloise Wilkin! The illustrator of Birds.. I collect her work. Being a retired Early Childhood Educator I’ve enjoyed her art for years ❤️ my favorite
You have a beautiful view of life. From bunnies to saving precious things. That’s why we follow you❤. Are u visiting Jersey this summer? Just sayin 😊
I am not. The job search is getting in the way 💙
@@NicoleNorthgarden ahh makes sense. There’s always next year
I love old children’s books too. I’ve found a few at Goodwill. The dish garden is very pretty. Enjoyed seeing your haul.
I love rabbits/bunnies. I used to have them as pets. My dog looks like a bunny.
Arizona could use some rain we have several wildfires burning right now in the state... Love the illustrations in that book❤
Oh dang! That’s awful! Hang in there!!
Oh that green and white mustard pot is cute. I really love the 2 plates with the garden seat and flowers on them 😍 The bunny plate is adorable 🥰 And that children’s book about birds is truly a work of art. Great finds, enjoyed watching 😊
You have a good heart! God bless you!
Thank you 🩷
I can't believe those Ringling cups were at the bins. They're were like $20 bucks new (and yes, they came with ice cream. Not twenty dollars worth, LOL). I love, love, love that bird book. And yes, making a copy of that last page for spring decor is a great idea.
You will have such fun sharing your books with your grandchildren someday!
Echte Hollandse mosterd - Real Dutch mustard. I found a similar one online saying Echte Zaanse mosterd, so it was manufactured in Zaanstad, not even 10 km from where I live. They also made them in blue en red.
That’s so neat!
I always love seeing your dish garden each year!😁
Thanks so much!
Your dish garden is always my favorite!
Me too!
Nice buy on the flower pots, ceramic pots are so expensive in the stores.
So true!
my best friend grew up next to a dome home. it was really cool being able to go inside when we were little.
Hi Nicole! You might have seen Julie from Thrilled Thrifter use cups in her Wexford Canisters. That is where I first saw it. Your plate garden is adorable, love it,😍
Dish garden on point
Hi Nicole. Good Bins finds, you never know what you’ll see there.💜I liked the plates for the dish garden💕 It looks great! Summer may now begin!🌺 Have a good week☀️
Thank you! You too!
Nicole,
Thanks for sharing such a happy, cute video! I LOVE that you rescue beautiful things from the bins! Those books are precious, as are those beautiful dishes! I kinda like that you are bringing in some green to your designs! Earthy and peaceful….don’t we all need a little more of this?🥰😘
You are so welcome!
Holland is a specific area in Netherlands. I am from South Holland region of the Netherlands.
Ohhh! Great info!
I popped into GW today and there was a cute pitcher with a blue bonnet Holly Hobby on it, I thought of you.
Cute!
Also, keep that doll and you and your future granddaughter will have so much fun dressing her!
Nicole, you had me at baby bunnies under the porch!! I have bunnies on my patio, but they are resin and cute. I would love real ones but this is the best I can do for now. After two back surgeries I need l ess work.
The 2 plates are really pretty. Bunny plate is adorable tool. Little girl w/duck is precious.
Blessings Always
Hi Nicole ,
Be safe with those storms X
I have wild bunnies in my garden too.
I let them be even they eat my plats.
Why I hang my plats or put them on a plantingtable
I have frogs, toads and lots of birds too. I love nature!
I love your dishgarden
Thank you for sharing
Hi Nicole! Love the bunny plate and the elephant cups from the circus! 🐰💓🐘
Me too!!
The bird book is a copy of a little golden book I have the original and love all the illustrations too 💕
Marlene peters- i really enjoy your video's and a fan of cross stitch video! When is the next video? I love birds. Iam looking for a book on birds. Very hard to find. I found one a year ago but didn't keep it. My son in law's mom and i are very close and she has Parkinson decease and she loves birds so i gave it to her. She loves it .
You can drill a hole in pots or dishes with a ceramic drill bit everyone...works great😊
Thanks for sharing. Those baby bunnies get you every time!☺️
I have my grandma's red ironstone set. I have my own wedding set. i love my grandma's red, because it looks pink. i hear it worth more money now.
Thanks for sharing! Loved this years “DISH” Garden!! What’s the name of the white flowers? Perfect complement!!👏☺️
They are called Sweet Alyssum 👍🏽
Great haul! I always enjoy seeing your dish garden. 😊
I love the old children’s books you find. 😊
If you ever want to add a drainage hole to a pot you can drill one pretty easily with a diamond drill bit.
I do remember reading that book to my children! The illustration is so beautiful!
That’s so neat!
The Dome House was built in 1984 - it may have mid century vibes, Nicole, but mid century it ain’t …
I put a link to the house. I had the wrong name, it’s called the Arch house. I put a link to it in the comments. It was completed in the 60s :)
Nicole, your dish garden is cute this year!! Have you given any more thought to a post office box again?
I still have it but haven’t pulled it out. Maybe I will!
Love your dish garden. I live in Wisconsin and had same problem with bunnies. Sahved Irish Spring soap around the hostas will deter them. Smells good too
I’ll give it a try! Do you redo the shavings when it rains?
We went to the Dome house sale too! I saw the rolling pin and thought of you. That’s too funny you picked it up. Loved the house.
That’s so funny! And funny about the rolling pin!
The Mystery of the Gulls author Phyllis A. Whitney is one of my favorite mystery authors 💙💙💙
Neat!
I love your dish garden. I’m battling ants in my mulched areas. There are ant hills all over
The worst!
Great finds love the books and stickers 🩷 your dish garden looks amazing!
Thank you!
any pot that doesn't have a drain hole, you can put onw in it. I have my husband do this all the time. He just starts with a very small drill bit on his drill and then goes to a slightly bigger on and then if I want it bigger he will got to a bigger bit still. He has never broken one.
Great to know!
Thank you, Nicole!
Have you ever seen a bunny eating dandelions? Looks like he is eating spaghetti, So funny.
I haven’t but that sounds like a hoot!
Really like your t-shirt.
Your dish garden looks beautiful!
Thank you so much 😊

What a pleasant start to my day. Thanks!
You are very kind! Have a great weekend!
I love seeing your dish garden every year.
Thanks so much! Hope you are well!
‘Echte’ means real.
Great to know!
Hi Nicole, i love your dish garden. I have an old wash tub like that, and I'm going to make myself a dish garden. Did you have to put holes in the bottom or what did you do for drainage?
I did put holes in it. You might be able to get away with a layer of rock and then dirt in the bottom but I think true drainage is probably better for the plants. They are fun to make and a cute addition to the garden!
Hi Nicole 😊
Hi Holly!
I know that someone, last week, mentioned that the lid on the salt cellar may be upside down.....do you think it could be? It kind of looks like it....kinda sorta?
I looked at it tonight and I think it is but it’s in there pretty good and I don’t want to risk cracking it so I think I will leave it. Maybe it was a second that someone bought because if that!
I like to mix n match transferware.
We love the same things right down to the birds and the vintage baby nursery planters among other stuff. I loved that vintage Japan plate with lil bo peep on it.
Hehe! I’m excited to hang my plate. I was going to do it tonight but got sidetracked so maybe tomorrow!
Love the dish garden!!
Love all the dishes!❤
Your salt box lid looks like it upside down if you get it out turn around
Oh I’ll take a peek! Thanks!
❤
Rabbits /bunnies like raw oats
Great to know!
Nicole, I so enjoy your videos. It’s a salt box. Salt cellars are those tiny dishes that are on dining tables with very tiny spoons. Take care.
Oh yes! Thank you!!
